Islamist school in UK teaching to kill and reject multiculturalism

Doesn't sound fake. Every punishment they describes has been shown on social media, and to a much less extent tv.

One sentence in it sums up Islam for me. "You have to hate what displeases Allah".

There are probably passages in the Christian bible that say about the same thing. But the difference is Christianity downplays it,and certainly does not command its followers to hate for any reason.

I reject the notion of multiculturalism outright. This idea that all cultures can fully exist and be expressed in a society is a complete failure. Currently, the failure of multiculturalism is being seen in european and american countries with terrible consequences.

In the US we do not have a true multicultural state. We have a free society, wherein cultures can express themselves when they do not violate the laws. First the culture of freedom and the democratic republic, then all other cultures that fit within that model.

So, yes. Reject multiculturalism, but for freedom and not for Islam.

If we are commanded to hate the sinner why did Christ save the adulterous woman from being stoned?

I was thinking of the Old Testament. It is part of Christianity too.

Most of it is separating "us" from "them" via clothing, food, and rituals. Then we get to the battles where God commands to kill every man, woman, child and animal. Smash all the idols,etc...

Those passages refer to the Israelites, a nation among nations trying to survive, and as a whole are not intended as universals.  The decalogue and the overall spirit of worshipping God is universal, but the particular dietary, purity, worship, legal, and military commandments pertain to the Israelites alone.

That is not logical.

The Old Testament was written for Isreal. The offshoot religion Christianity takes all of the Old Testament as its teaching and incorporates it into their teachings.

The Christians claim their teachings are universal.

Therefore from a Christian perspective, the Old Testament is meant to be a universal teaching.

BTW, I consider myself Christian. I think we would be better off keeping a lot,if not all,of the New Testament and discarding a lot of the Old Testament. I'd like to see a more Christian Christianity.

This is why we have the Catholic church and the Apostolic tradition, to figure out these things.  The Church has never supported treating all 613 Mosaic laws as universal.  I'd imagine they decided that with good reason.  I've never seen any New Testament line telling us to universalise the Old Testament laws, just Christ telling us he came to fulfill the law.  But if he did universalise them, it would be high heresy to expurgate those passages that we don't like from the Bible.
