Hillary's voter base are primarily people who don't actually know what Trump's proposed policies are, and every single person who took this test now has at least a minor understanding of how closely they agree with Trump. Perhaps it's a good representation of how many people agree with Trump, but it's not a good representation of how many people think that they agree with Trump.
