My Experience With "Western Civilization"; What "Western Civilization"?

Recommended Posts

I've been pondering this thought for a while; Is the West worth defending?

The West of today, I can say without any doubt, is not worth defending, not worth dying for.

Islam, to anyone who isn't a member of the cult, is very much a real life and death threat.

I'm not saying they're the same; the West isn't likely to lynch me (yet) while Islam most certainly would.

What I am saying, (and asking), is that with the West's gynocentric democracies, LGBT nonsense, increasingly Socialistic and Fascistic governments, and decreasingly White or identitarian cultures, is doomed to die eventually.

I simply cannot see how the West will ever return to Nationalism and Capitalism, or progress towards Anarcho-Capitalism. All I see is a wheel spinning that will eventually lead to a repeat of history (whether it be South Africa, Brazil, the USSR, or NatSoc Germany--they're all seemingly inevitable disasters).

With the White Woman being the greatest enabler of this travesty and the White Man becoming increasingly inert and flaccid, I simply lost the empathy to care for this "civilization".

My thoughts (not a plan, really) are to simply tend my own garden and find a way to bunker down and stay away from the major hot spots where disaster is likely to occur.

Call it cowardice, call it treachery. I don't care.

In the 18 years I've been alive I have never cared for the non-existent values of this carcass and am convinced that the values history and some right-wing (and pseudo-right wing) claim existed either never existed beyond a small class of talented individuals or only existed in society for a brief period in time.

But what I want to know is this; what does the FDR community think and am I right to think and act in such a way?

EDIT: I posted in the Self-Knowledge section because I know this isn't an intellectual matter but a very personal one. While I think I have logical factors into my thought process I am also sure my own personal experiences and emotions have driven them. Therefore I'm focused more on the personal side of it rather than the intellectual side.

Many Islamists and leftists would be gleeful to hear you are withdrawing yourself from society, leaving them to fill the void with their collectivism and supremacy.

One of the reasons things that have got so bad is because people who opposed the anti-civilisation left have been shut up with the sword of bigotry hanging over their head; used to threaten friendship, jobs and reputations.

The way I see it, we've got a window that will span for approximately the rest of our lives to push back against various forces. We've had major victories in 2015 and 2016. Now is the time to walk against the wind, risk all your friendships, go where you see danger.

I can appreciate that you posted this topic here, Siegfried. Because I agree that it is us, westerners, who are the only ones responsible for ourselves. And it all starts with the individual.

Whether you are right or wrong in withdrawing from the fight depends on what you are fighting for in the first place, doesn't it?

So, what is the West to you? Also, what do you think the West is to anyone who is not of the West?

You claim to be for individualism yet you ask 'what does the FDR community think'. As if the FDR community has one huge borg mind.

Seems to me like you're doing this so that the concept of 'the FDR community' in your mind is easier to reject when you turn away from the arguments.

'Call me a coward so I can leave with closure! vindicated that this group is irrational and abusive!'.

To me, the West is the ruins of the once-great Empires and the free markets that originated some of the best of them, as well as the White race and some Roman/Protestant religious values.

The West is the living space of White people, in the loosest tense and the hive of our creativity (both good like the Free Market and respect for property and the crap like religious infighting and Marxism).

At the moment, I see the West as this big cuddly suicidal degenerate addicted to all kinds of virtue-signalling cocaine. I'm tempted to let the addict smoke the dope because I know the only way the addict will get better is through force, and one man is not enough to forcibly detox 800,000 million or so drug addicts. Let alone 210 million.

And the drug in particular is merely race and gender realities. After that, there's still creeping Socialism and the temptation for racial realists to repeat the past that led to NatSoc Germany (which can be best described as an LSD meltdown) and /or Communist Russia, where the only differences are the rhetoric.

Getting to a free market ethnostate is a challenge,. One I'd take for the long haul if I had a reason to care for the drug addicts in the first place. I know in the long-long run this would be good for my own survival, but I could simply refuse to have kids and die before my race does. At the same time everything dies eventually and perhaps I we are to go down, it should only be after we've put everything we could into it.

The problem is though....why? Why should I care about the very race that welcomes its own destruction, embraces degenerate and self-destructive ideals, and is--as Aristotle infamously said; holds "...tolerance and apathy...the virtues of a dying society".

Therefore I see two roads; A: Screw the majority of Whites and only fight for the minority willing to stand up

Or;

B: Wave the white flag and live like a panda in the Zoo.

I like A better, but I'm not fully committed.

You're misreading.

And practically speaking, referring to "FDR community" is easier and more understandable than "every individual who happens to be currently on the forum, or will eventually be on the forum".

An individualist can still refer to groups the same way a public speaker is speaking to a crowed, not really any one person in particular.

Yeah, it sounds tempting to at least go out with a bang (even if the bangs are relatively few and take decades to have an effect). The problem is "why"?

Another post with more on "why" is currently being evaluated.

Oh, and to the question "What do I think the West is to anyone who isn't Western?"....

My reply to the rest of this post is being evaluated but I forgot the answer this part.

Quite simply; "Decadent and suicidal Whitevile". I imagine some Easterners and...Southerners? Asians and Africans I mean. I imagine some are green with envy, red with anger (either for revenge or contempt), or gray with indifference (after all they probably have their own problems to deal with that would greatly overshadow any anger or envy. Exception being Arabia where our governments are blowing the bank target practicing on live targets).

Ok, good, you made 3 descriptors.

1. If this is the West, then I agree with you. The ruins of decadent empires are not worth saving, much like the Roman Empire wasn't. However, the only reason we ever had the great colonial empires you talk about is because some heroic bishop in the 6th century managed to save very important texts during the destruction of Hippo. So, think on that. Maybe there are some things worth saving here as well.

2. Here I agree as  well, because there is nothing special to the regions where the white race lives currently.

3. I am interested where you got the numbers 800 million and 210 million.

Mmm, here in South Africa, people tried the experiment of escaping taxation, only to mess that up by thinking their "own" government could tax them without becoming as corrupt as the British government they escaped.

Then there was the experiment of not being a multicultural society, messed up by centrally-planning the non-multiculture and imposing the master plan by force.

Can I get South Africa to pioneer voluntarism?

I feel a mood here against being the one different society. Any suggestions on how to work with this situation?

I am confused by the first two mini-paragraphs.

I was pretty sure South Africa is a genocidal nightmare.

As for pioneering voluntarism in South Africa, well, first you must #RemoveWatermelon then purge the society of all its cancers.

Then maybe, just maybe, can you avoid going the NatSoc cocaine rush to suicidal bank busting.

Even if most whites are suicidal, a large contingent is not. Liberals are breeding themselves out of the gene pool, and conservatives are above replacement. It will take time, in the long haul, but the west can/has a shot at surviving. Although I could see it reduced to a handful of states, rather than the global hegemony it once was.

So long as the West can return to its core values while vivifying capitalism and respect for property, we can (and will) become hegemonists even if our racial territory is reduced to 1/10th it's original size (assume that 1/10th is in fact an ethnostate. Otherwise....)

Added Edit;

Also, while we could theoretically play the cockroach strategy if the fight were merely ideological, it won't be if the red shirts come at our doors with batons and rob us blind.

I have only had the pleasure of living for seventeen years, most of which spent being indoctrinated in public schools.

However, I have always loved freedom and have always been an uncontrollable pain in the ass to those trying to impose their will above mine.(call me a natural anarchist if thou must) I was forced to take medication which completely broke me, it messed up my hormones really bad, weakened my muscles, destroyed my ability to feel love, happiness and anger. I was 9 when it started, 6 years later it was by my own initiative that it ended. This broken state of mind left me searching for a cause to fight for, I ended up with the socialists just before reaching the age of 16. However, 8 months ago something changed. For the first time in years I asked myself "What the hell am I doing?". I started to see the hollowness of the Socialists and was looking for answers, I ended up with the so called "skeptic community", not long after infowars came along, which I really didn't take that serious at the time. Nevertheless the seed that Alex had sown were starting to grow incredibly fast. Then I found Molyneux.

Within 5 months I was red pilled, I now see the truth. I understand what is going on and I have truly found myself again. And like you, I want to write books, but I must urge you to not give up fighting. Whether you live in a European nation, or the USA, if you let go of that beautiful torch that will light the phoenix of freedom, you will let go of anything that makes life worth living.

It is not money or your clock that can lift you from your bed. It is Freedom that keeps all of us going. It is freedom that I wake up for. Without freedom, most of us wouldn't have been born. There is no better way to piss on the graves of those that have fought, bled and died for freedom, reason and love than to love freedom but refuse to fight for it.

For it is only freedom that can wake me up. I have felt what the emptiness of socialism feels like and I will NEVER go back. I would rather die than surrender to the forces of slavery again.

I have already stood there in my room with my deadly sharp pocket knife, battered by medication and socialism, while continuously being fucked by those who held power over me (Figuratively speaking!!). I had reached the end of the runway and stood there at that final moment of truth, looking down into the cliffs of suicide. I stood there and asked myself if I should kill myself or fight back against the shit that had fucked me over, time and time again. The shit that broke the happy little boy I used to be. Well I made my choice.

I chose to fight.

Now I was given this same question, albeit in a different way: Fight for freedom or die a slave.

Again I chose to fight.

If you truly love freedom, and I know this pill is painful to swallow, you must fight for it, or die trying.

I made up my mind brother,

What will you choose?

I'd give that rather inspirational speech a +1 if I knew how.

However I've narrowed down what "my group" is to pretty much myself, my future family, future descendants, and the business class.

I can't feel empathy anymore (which is to say I do but it's greatly desensitized as a result of the dehumanization I've felt for) the poor, the governmental, or the parasitical. The reason being, they are either too stupid to see the bars of their cage and act forcefully to keep themselves caged; cling tightly to the blood sucked out of their's and others' children; and repeat the cycle of abuse that only a minority seem human enough to break.

Put even more simply; my race is the race of rare beings who stood the past in face; spat; then declared "NEVER AGAIN!".

The reason why I put this topic was, in part, to resolve the problem I've had with this stance; if only a minority of people are worth fighting for, is the fight worth fighting?

I think I've come to the rational conclusion of; duh.

Therefore, whether the this democratic feedumb-fest invites its own destruction, wise'n ups just enough to stop it, or experiences a truly revolutionary change I'm ready and willing to fight and work for the betterment of mine and my descendants' future.

If Islam takes over I'll become a Shah. If Socialism takes over I'll become the party Chairman. If Freedom or Capitalism takes over, I'll be sure to establish the greatest financial dynasty in the world.

No matter what, I'm aiming for the supremacy of my descendants against the weaknesses and treachery of those who came before us.

How does that sound? If I aim too high at least I'll hit the clouds; if I'm overestimating the possibilities of the future at least I'll be mentally ready for any disaster that comes, and my line will be secure.

Everything for the betterment of the future, is that what you mean? If Islam or Communism takes over, there won't be any betterment of the future generations unless these generations stand up for freedom, in this instance all you can do is bring offspring to life in a dark and cruel world and teach them the ideals of freedom. I have thought about this as well in the past and came to the conclusion to make my stand right now.

Losing freedom means we lost the war, the road of resistance is dark and cruel and street lights on said road will be covered in blood, history has proven this. The war against Tyrants is always a bloody one, if you payed close attention to the riots and UC berkely you know this.

We are at a point in time where only a few beacons of freedom are still alight and there is a dangerous shortage of competent leaders in the freedom movement to rally behind, especially in Europe. I'll certainly take my shot at fighting for it once I am in a position to do so. If you're not much of a leader than I fully understand you won't even try to be one. However, I would really like to urge you to at least try it if you know you have some leadership ability.

I think you're misunderstanding me; I meant to say all I care about is my own progeny. If the other 99.9999999% (to use an extreme and unrealistic example) were to be enslaved to me and my kin group, that would be freedom enough for me.

If Islam or Communism were to dominate our countries I'd switch sides and attempt to become one of the commissars and eventually try to usurp the very establishment (if possible, however possible) and while that may be a long shot and a very unlikely goal in a somewhat unlikely scenario, I'd still shoot for it.

Right now I'm in no position to move politically. I'm just an aspiring novelist working in an IT shop. However with persistence in both my career and my job that can become something far more personally substantial, at which point I aim to organize with people that think like myself (at least in a general Alt-Right sense) and move politically to co-opt the system.

I cannot scope out how long such a plan might take to come into fruition; maybe my lifetime, maybe several lifetimes; maybe only a decade. If I happen to have Lenin's charisma and cadre of devoted fanatics then the cause of Anarcho-Capitalism might be achievable as quickly as Communism was achievable (but instead of a totalitarian nightmare there would be a free utopian ethnostate).

Most likely, assuming my abilities as a public speaker is about as well as, say, Sean Splicer, and my finances (meaning personally) are only enough for a middle-class life with a family, then I'll walk the long road and groom my children to think critically and selfishly for what is best for our progeny, and then perhaps they could achieve the radical ambitions I want to achieve.

All the while I wonder if Anarcho-Capitalism is worth fighting for, and I think I know the answer; it is for the business class and the White race, everyone else can go screw themselves for spitting on us and/or stabbing us in the back/chest.

I only have limited experience giving speeches (i.e. in  schools) and less experience leading movements, however I am dedicated to the future of my progeny and, like Nietzsche's Will To Power , am willing to do anything for the betterment of my progeny, friends, class, and race (in that order).

If, assuming in my lifetime neither extreme evil nor redemption (in terms of Communism versus Capitalist-Nationalism) comes to pass, I'll aim to be a Karl Marx (who isn't hypocritical) of my beliefs and progeny and if possible the Lenin. Otherwise I'll aim to be the Marx for my descendants' Lenin.
