I have enjoyed Stefan's podcasts for months now.  There was a recent one in which he mention "toxic femininity."  He then moved on to tell the story about the 5 year old girl who was suspended from her kindergarten for picking up a stick and pretending it was a gun. Then, he discussed how boys were medicated for ADHD at many times the rate of girls.

 

Both of these examples, in my opinion, should have been called out specifically as examples of toxic femininity.  "Zero tolerance" polices are simply proxies for people who cannot make rationale discriminations between levels of harm, risk or evil.  Instead, they substitute a rubric based upon their emotions.  The ADHD diagnosis is largely a tool used by women who view masculine activity and energy as a defect to be treated through medication.
