What would Twitter posts say before WWI?

Now is a time when the difference between elite insiders and the common outsider is tremendously clear. Fake News, fiat money, elites posturing for power and control over human cattle. 

I'm open to the idea or theory that world wars are started when elites cannot resolve their differences and lose control, since most tend to behave sociopathicly. 

If we applied today's social media power and communication information prior yo WWI, what might it look like? What would the posts look like?

Well no. It's a lot more complicated. There is a reason 'The Sleepwalkers' is such a lengthy book yet can only stay at the surface level.
