Erwin Posted May 9, 2017 Share Posted May 9, 2017 As it stands, the bill is very vaguely worded... it says the framework is intended to raise the standard of living of kids in the context of government services like healthcare, homeless assistance, education, foster care, etc. It also says that Cali would serve as an example to other states (again, government context). Have you SEEN the mess California is in (well not all of it, just the cities with over 5,000 people for some reason), could it be any worse?
