This is beyond upsetting. Beyond disgusting. A lawsuit isn't sufficient. There should be criminal charges. 40 deputies show up at a high school, lock it down, and then in the process of searching for drugs sexually assault *900* kids because they think there might be illegal activity on campus. No warrant. No parents. No privacy. Girls' breasts exposed. Boys' genitals groped. Hands inside kids' underwear. Every single person involved in this should be criminally prosecuted and put behind bars. Imagine if your child came home from school and this had happened to them. Would you ever feel safe in that community again? The Sherrif responsible defends his actions by saying that it was legal because school administrators were there. No, it wasn't, and even the administrators and their lawyers are saying they had nothing to do with this, they were subject to the lockdown and not made aware of what would happen, and that they view this as a violation of those kids' constitutional rights. Sickening.
