We're in IL now and want to GET OUT OF DODGE and someplace not-too-warm, but green and friendly and with a free/libertarian bent for retirement. Guns/low taxes...and nature. I have a graphic design business so I can go pretty much anywhere as long as I have good internet connection. We're thinking TN/KY because hilly and green - but not sure. We'd like rural area w small house but with big work shed/pole barn or some sort. Anyone have any thoughts? Thx

Everything is cheap and there is more land than you know what to do with. Mountains, trees, rivers, deserts, lakes--it's all in here if you want it. Just don't forget the beer when you go shopping this week.
