I've always had a fascination with philosophy, and I've been researching issues of liberty for roughly 3-4 years now. I randomly stumbled onto some of Stefan's videos on youtube earlier this year but didn't become aware of freedomainradio as a community before listening to some of Stefan's conversations with Brett Veinotte on the School Sucks podcast.

I don't like over-simplistic labels that, in too many people, tend to stop reflection rather than stimulate further reflection, but I'd say my spiritual beleifs can be reasonably approximated by something like "New Age Buddhist Pantheist"? I'm a hippie, basically. Except I shave and I shower. []

What attracted me to register on the freedomainradion forums is the perfect nexus of freedom/liberty related topics and philosophical discussions. I was recently acquainted with the Trivium method of thought and have since become addicted to the socratic method. I look forward to many stimulating conversations with people I agree with, disagree with, agree with but pretend to disagree with, and the opposite.
