  2. Mental health and social health are most definitely a part of extreme longevity. How can you live "forever" in a stressful and dangerous environment?Extreme longevity is a great goal, but as with all things, it is most likely to be unhealthy if one pursues something so unprecedented, without moderation or being grounded.Immortality without maintaining humanity seems absurd to me. How much true difference is there in having a cyborg you live forever, or some sort of website and journal? They are both not the original human, rather reflections and echos.We should probably all seek maximum health, and the fullest life possible. Immortality is unprecedented to life as we know it. Pursuing immortality, aggressively and actively, being so unrealistic, borders being delusional hubris.
  3. Let's hope their plan to battle anarcho-capitalism is as successful as the United States attempt to topple communism.
  4. Even more philosophically correct and healthy relationships. Just because the monopoly on violence erodes, does not mean that violence or evil has vanished. Ignorance is probably like a fractal, there is always more... we are but animals after all.

Fantastic post!As someone who has battled weight, depression, respiratory illness, allergies, anxiety, etc etc, and is now in the best shape of my life, I can strongly vouch for the wide reaching effectiveness of exercise. There are almost no parts of my existence that have not been enhanced by improved fitness, including profession, cognition, and relationships.As people increase their level of fitness they most commonly improve their nutrition, which has a multiplying effect on the deep impacts of fitness.Lian hit the nail on the head, work out for life, make it fun and find something that works for your life, but do not forget to push your comfort level a bit.
