Trump will eat the old man alive. Socialists are excellent at pleasing crowds, but bad at debating, because besides from "BUT WHAT ABOUT THEEEE CHILDREEEN" they have nothing to counter. Trump's going to throw everything including the kitchen sink at Bernie. Especially that he never had a real job, can't lead and lives very well off tax payers' money, which makes him a hypocrite. Trump has won every debate he has been in, but I haven't seen Sanders go up against a skilled right wing demagogue and win - have you?

Why aren't men called SLUTS
Libertus replied to FreedomPhilosophy's topic in Men's Issues, Feminism and Gender
Why should anyone reject facts of biology? Besides, men are not being "opened", the analogy works because of how bodies work. -
No, I'm predicting that it would not be profitable for any road owner to allow a loose canon type of superhuman on their roads. A guy that can flip over a truck and is known for his temper would most probably not be allowed on most private roads where paying customers are concerned about their safety. This is a very basic economic argument.
-
In a free society, I would assume, roads are privately owned - so, no, not everybody is allowed on roads (get caught driving drunk once and you're out - because insurance companies won't cover you) and yes, you need to enter into a contract in order to use other people's property, anything else would be taking away another person's freedom - the road owner's. Are you saying road owners shouldn't have any rights?

You think women care about those statistics, or math when judging a man's looks? -
A voluntary government.

So you can't have a voluntary government with a *state*. I mean, sure, when you are member of a tennis club, and a new leading comittee is appointed by the members, and everybody has the option to quit at any time, ... then there's no violence involved - but I wouldn't call that a "government", unless I wanted to confuse people or make a point just to make a point. -

gov·ern·ment ˈɡəvər(n)mənt/ noun noun: government; plural noun: governments 1. the governing body of a nation, state, or community. Isn't that the one you posted? -

You were quoting a dictionary definition, so, no, I was talking to you. -
"All roses are red" = is a proposition (i.e. it can be true or false) "Don't cut roses that are red" = not a proposition "mutual respect" is not true or false, either "mutual acceptance of the non initiation of force" = not a proposition either. "People should respect each other, mutually" hints at, suggests a proposition, but is vague (weasel word "should" needs to be fleshed out). "The initiation of force is morally wrong" hints at a proposition, but is vague ("morally wrong" is a loaded term and more complex than the NAP itself, so it's often not helpful to define the NAP that way, as it confuses the reader more, not less).

Your dictionary defines government using the state, which is defined as a monopoly on force within a given geographical area. You can't have a voluntary monopoly on force, ie you can't maintain it voluntarily, unless you have 100% perfect and peaceful people and don't need any force to begin with (aka utopia). -
A voluntary government.
Libertus replied to TheAnCapJew's topic in Libertarianism, Anarchism and Economics
> why can't we have a voluntary government which does not use the initiation of force to do what government is to design to do Define "government" so we know what you mean by the term (obviously not the dictionary meaning, synonymous to state adminstration, which implies a monopoly on force) and we can have a discussion. I predict that those are going to be the responses: - "government" is just a term for people providing a voluntary service, with no monopoly on force necessarily Reply: that's not "government" but we get what you mean, and we have no problem with order and security provided by voluntarily chosen companies - "government" means what it is today, why can't it be voluntary? Reply: Because it uses violence to make sure it stays a monopoly. -

It depends on how much money you're making, and for how much you could rent it out once you don't want to live in a broom closet anymore. -

> When offered sex with a stranger some outrageous amount like 75% of guys said yes while basically zero women said yes to sex with the strange guy. That could be because, in general, men are more after good looks and sex while women are after status and commitment, and will use sex as a way to get it. Repeat experiment with a guy in a Lamborghini, not directly offering sex, but a ride with a rich stranger. @OP: if I were you, I'd be making sure to wear a rubber. Your gf is telling you, in no uncertain terms, that it's your job to make sure she doesn't get pregnant. -

As a principle anarcho-capitalist, who can also think like a pragmatist, I'd say, the more centralized government power becomes, the worse it gets for the people in practice, and the further removed from individual liberties the situation becomes. individual -> groups -> districts -> cities -> states -> countries -> EU -> world government

Every single time a man sleeps with a woman, he's called a stud. But if a woman sleeps with a lot of men, she's called a slut, and people think this is unfair...Nah. it's completely fair, and i'll tell you why, alright? Cause it's fuckin' easy to be a slut. it's fucking hard to be a stud. To be a stud you have to be witty, charming, be well-dressed, have nice shoes and a fake job. To be a slut you just have to be there. There are fat ugly sluts out there, there are no fat and ugly studs! (Jim Jefferies) -
