  1. Spanking is one of the worst things (if not THE worst) you can do to a child. I was spanked as a child, unfortunately and I'm a bit depressed from time to time. I'm not really aggressive though and if I am aggressive, I have my ways of calming myself down. I know someone who is depressive and aggressive towards me. They told me they were abused as child, physically and verbally too. I am appalled at the comments on Yahoo... a lot of idiots on that site. They're actually a lot of thumbs up for the people who are for spanking. Are those people daft? Spanking is not the answer. If I were to have children, I would never ever spank them. We need more people like you (Stefan) who don't spank their children, so this vicious cycle will end and end for good.
  2. Wow, that is quite horrible. I haven't watched a disturbing video like that in recent memory. That guy's gonna do time.
  3. "Seems legit." Yeah, it makes sense. However, I do believe it is a lie. They spy on Americans, not just anti-government Americans. Besides, those anti-government Americans they speak of are anti-corrupt government. Someone said that in one of the comments in the article. Good article.
  4. It has been thrown out of the window. That judge thought he was going to get away with it, just because he's a judge.
  5. Awesome atheistic poem. There needs to be more atheistic poems out there.
  6. Awful, simply awful. She probably lives in one of those households where Fox News is on every time the TV is on.
  7. Interesting concept and it shows that technology is really improving at a very fast rate. It's quite astounding.
  8. I never thought of The Wizard of Oz that way! I agree wholeheartedly.
  9. I don't care for Facebook anymore. I've been a member since 2007, I deactivated my account and I was not on it through most of 2008 and then I started a new account in 2009. I deactivated that account in 2010 and then I re-activated my first account in 2011. As of September 2012, I do not want to log in at all (for the time being). I'm not even going to bother deactivating my account again or bother making a new account. I'm unsure if I will log in ever again.
  10. She should be absolutely fired for that. It's up to a person who they want to vote for. If I was in her course, I wouldn't sign that pledge at all and I don't care if that means I fail her course or whatever.
  11. Those are all valuable and essential skills that's needed for all children to know. School would not be a bad thing if they taught that. Oh well, they won't and it's a crying shame. If I ever had kids, they'd get homeschooled or unschooled.
  12. Excellent website! I've known about it for a year now and it has extremely informative stuff. When I used to be active on Facebook, I would share stuff from Natural News. It's a highly essential site and everyone here should check it out.
  13. And it's hard to believe that this guy is the U.S. President. If you're considered one of the most important people in the world, you shouldn't be joking about hitting children and then letting billions of people aware of it.
  14. You may be right. However, everyone has a different body. Based on my experience, I feel way much better about myself and the emotions are not painful or anything you said. Thanx for reminding, I need to lose some weight, I gained 10+ pounds over the holiday season.
  15. Yeah, I agree. If you read the video's description, it's only a rough draft. In the final draft, perhaps he won't say that.
  16. Welcome to the forum, dude. I hope you enjoy it here. I like your username, I haven't had a Windows computer in well over 8 years.
  17. I was highly impressed by it, Stef! Way to go! I have a gut feeling that your documentary is going to be 100 times better than Zeitgeist 1, 2 and 3 put together! That's really saying something. That 10+ minute teaser was just extremely incredible. Incredibly thought out and I hope it's change the way people will think and stuff. I'm going to encourage all of my friends and even family to watch your documentary when it is complete. I know it'll be better than Zeitgeist documentary films. There was a point where I forgot about your website and videos... so in 2012, I watched the first two Zeitgeist documentaries in the entirety and I watched a little bit of the third one... I was sorta impressed, however I knew something about them wasn't right... I remembered you and I remembered about your voluntaryism and philosophy. I was introduced to your website and videos thanx to fellow FDR forum user PreDeadMan, a long time friend of mine sometime around 2010. I stumbled upon a video sometime later in 2012 where you pretty much pwn the Zeitgeist movement and then later on... I got more into your stuff. Around that time, I joined this forum. I hope that the documentary will be successful. And it'll open up a lot of people's eyes. I know it will.
  18. Oops said the person was a he... that's no problem. I was gonna edit it and then I didn't know there was a time limit for editing messages. I hope he doesn't get upset by telling you all that he was on those meds. I think he has mentioned that he's on those meds on another forum or even multiple forums.
  19. I've been a Mac user for 8 years. I had a PC from 1998-2004 and I was using Windows 98. I didn't like the other versions of Windows after Windows 98. I'm glad I made the switch.
  20. Welcome to the forum, dude! This forum is easily becoming one of my favorite forums ever. There's a lot of great people here and I've learned so much. I too am a voluntaryist and atheist. I hope to see you as an active member on this forum. Have a good time here on FDR! [H]
  21. The video was removed. I was going to watch it, but it unfortunately got removed.
  22. If you mentioned about a spirit world, clearly you are spiritual. You may be a "spiritual atheist."
  23. Compatible with Mac? If so, I might join... if not... nah. Anyway, the concept sounds pretty cool.
  24. Absolutley they do not work at all. My bestest friend in the whole wide world was diagnosed with ADHD and they were on medication for many years. It definitely didn't help them. I'm not sure if they're on them or not... I only met them online and the person was also my partner for 2 years and 2 months. Unfortunately we had some problems and well I do not feel comfortable discussing our situation on this forum in full detail. I know he was on Concerta and Zoloft... they were not doing well for him. I was originally gonna go into some detail about him, but no I decided not to. For now the person will be kept anonymous. Surprisingly I do consider them a best friend still, it's just that we are going through problems at this time and perhaps one day we will resolve them. If they're reading this, he should get in touch with me on here. AND I think the person should totally join this forum. The person would learn a lot of stuff from this forum. So yeah when I was involved this person, they said the medication was not helping them at all. The person said it was changing their personality. Oh I also had a friend I had since junior high school and he was diagnosed with ADD (now I heard they did away with that diagnosis and now it's just ADHD). He was on Ritalin and it definitely affected as he got older. He is no longer on the medication and I dunno if he was on Ritalin in high school... I read they used different meds by that. I did try one of his meds and it was really really bad. It made me feel really disoriented and I was drowsy from the medication. Anyhow, that guy went on to do drugs like cocaine... I haven't been in touch with him for nearly 10 years. So yeah... ADHD meds do not help at all. Sometimes (like my former friend since junior high school) it leads to heavy drugs.
