Jay Paul

I am a 19 year old student at Valdosta State University, Georgia, USA. I am majoring in exercise physiology, and am pursuing a career in physical therapy. I am passionate about physical fitness and sharing my knowledge of the fundamentals ofexercise, nutrition, and the physiology of the human body to help others improve their own quality of life. I also love learning and discussing any subject pertaining to philosophy, government, economics, etc. to help myself and whomever I have the pleasure of talking to better understand the world the world we share.
