I was raised to distrust the state so I have always been an anarchist.  However, I did have an ideological phase where I was a Libertarian and thought I could make a difference through involvement in the political system.  I ran for office, I was Mo State Coordinator of the Second Amendment Sisters, and attended several protests surrounding the 2004 presidential elections and the exclusion of 3rd party candidates.  I have since abandoned the idea that you can make positive changes by participating in a corrupt system.  []

I did sue my children's school for random drug searches and lockdowns.  We lost in 2 courts and are now petitioning the Supreme Court.
