Yeah, I've read several articles. Orthmolecular M.D.'s believe that mental disorders can have a variety of causes. One cause is vitamin dependency, thus requiring megadoses of X vitamin.
What do you guys think of orthomolecular medicine as a treatment for mental health/mental illness?
In other words, orthomolecular medicine uses mega doses of vitamins to correct biochemical imbalances. They use tests to find out what imbalances you have.
