I am a mechanical engineer and a free-market anarchist. My story is probably very familiar to other people's.

I have always been a very scientific, logically minded person and have a very liberal attitude to drugs and sexuality. I always despised politics. I never understood it. I watched politicians on TV and it always felt so childish. No one was interested in the right thing to do. They just spent their time slagging off the other side and scoring points. Once I started down the road of economics and discovered the Austrian school, I started to question why the government was even necessary if they didn't care about the rational logical solutions that seemed so obviously superior to me. But this anarchic idea was always uncomfortable to begin with, due to ingrained notions of the chaos and disorder that were associated with a lack of authority. I have gradually shed this notion through study and listening to Stef's podcasts to the point that I am now confident that a truly free society is a worthy goal and noble philosophy to work towards. Though I am certain I'll not see a voluntary anarchic society in my lifetime, I am finding great joy in studying philosophy and spreading the ideas to people who will listen.

I was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia. I am currently on a working holiday in Vancouver, Canada.
