Does anyone know what exactly defines a person as a sociopath? I think I know the basics, but would like to know exactly what it is. I ask because I am pretty sure my sister is a sociopath if it is what I think it is.

I love cliche's so it's all good! =) So, I live in a crappy little drug town. There aren't any legit farmers markets anywhere near by and all the markets around me are very crappy when it comes to vegetables and fruit. I have been going to different markets over the past week or two trying to find one with cheaper stuff and vegetables and fruit that aren't extremely old. I agree though and really am going to attempt to go to an all vegetarian style diet and have been wanting to get on one for awhile, but I have trouble finding out what exactly I should/need to eat. I am entirely retarded on nutrition. I don't eat vegetables AT ALL and almost never eat fruit, and yes, I am that unhealthy food wise. I am studying though, trying to educate myself. I just don't want to become a vegetarian without knowing what I need to eat in order to get certain nutrients. Does that make sense? Thanks for the advice man. Like I said, I just spent a lot of time learning about shoes and spent some good money on proper shoes, and I cannot wait to get some mileage out of them. I am trying to solve my physical problems for sure. Mental wise, I have been really doing great on helping myself through learning and understanding my issues and how to fix them. Right now though, I am extremely overweight and have many physical issues that I simply don't want. But ya, I was basically locked in a room for a very long time during my teenage years where I didn't even see the outside world and I ate the horrible food I was lucky enough to get. That period in time screwed me up and I began getting much bigger/unhealthier. Since the end of that terrible time, I have basically ate as unhealthy as I could purely because of the taste. I mean, I was at a point where I was eating Chipotles Mexican Grill, 2 and 1/2 pound burritos, 3-4 times a day with some dell taco and other fast food mixed in. There is nothing healthy about that at all. I cannot afford doctors, nutritionists, or any of that. I have trouble paying for food currently. As for striving for perfection, I am not really trying to do that. My thing is, if I start small, I forget and don't pay attention and I end up back at the start. I am trying to start BIG to shock myself into constantly thinking about what I am eating, how much movement I have done for the day, and all that good stuff. I don't mean to sound like a self diagnosing dork, but I can only go off of what I am like. But I believe I have PTSD or something along those lines because I have no memory. It truly is terrifying and it scares me beyond belief, but for this conversation, I cannot remember most of my life, short or long term. This makes it very difficult when starting slow because I forget about it. I just need to start BIG but still do it correctly, and this will hopefully keep me thinking about it and not allow me to forget. As for fixing my memory problems... I am starting off by bettering myself in my eyes, meaning... Making myself physically healthier to removes so much of my physical issues and allowing me to go do activities that I have trouble doing but love doing, like tennis and going on adventures. Fixing my surroundings by saving up money, removing people who aren't good, moving to a cleaner/nicer location and all that. And then coming to a better understanding of myself, accepting myself while trying my best to be the person I want to be rather then spur of the moment anger outbursts and stuff like that. ANNNYYWYWWWAAYYYSSSSS, sorry for that rant lol. Thank you for all the links and advice! I will be going through all of it over the next few days. Great advice man. I do eat out almost everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. I need to stop that for sure! I need exercises that I can handle because I cannot really do what I love. They are too hard to do at my weight. Like tennis... I cannot play tennis but once a week or two because it just kills my legs and arms. I am going to start slowly jogging, and build up though. Yup. Breakfast is important and that sounds good. I have Ground Flax Seed (I believe that is what its called). Is that good to eat often? I did a little research and it suppose to be very good to mix in with cereals and smoothies and stuff. I am sure it would be the same with yogurt as well? Also, do you know anything about Almond Milk. Seems to remove a lot of the negatives of milk, but pretty good in calcium and other nutrients. Do you know anything about it? I was definitely mistreated, and forced to do nothing with life. However, once I was removed from that situation, my habits had already formed and from there, it only got worse and worse. I am now doing my best to fix all of those bad habits and turn them into good habits, and I believe the first step is to become educated and I don't know a better place to learn then Stefan's Forums =) Thanks for the help and believe it or not, but I consider people like you and others on this forum as my support group. I have more respect for people on here then almost anyone I actually know. I agree. It is very hard to find out what really works and does so in a healthy way because everyone says every diet and workout plan work, but how healthy are they and how well do they work and all that. It is very difficult to learn about especially when you are as uneducated as myself on both diet and working out. Thanks a ton man! I will check out those links and books over the next week or so. I have a lot to check out from all the great people that posted on here so it might take awhile, but I will be sure to get a looksie at everything. But ya, thanks a ton for the advice/information! I really appreciate it!

Thanks man! I will check them out a little later when I get some down time.

Hello everyone! So, when I was a teenager, I had some very tough life situations that helped put me into bad habits. I am currently 25 years old and I need to change a few things. I am overweight, eat extremely unhealthy, and so much more and I want to and am trying to change things. So, what I wanted to know is if anyone can recommend any diets/workout plans that they feel has worked for them? I am about 5 foot 11 and 290 pounds (male). I am looking to drastically change my lifestyle but I don't even know where to begin. I know some people may tell me to just get out and do stuff and begin eating healthier, but I feel that I have been in the habit of what I am currently doing for so long that every time I try to slowly do things to better myself, I always end up back at square one. I want a huge change that makes me think everyday about what I have to do, this way I am forced to not fade backwards. My other problem is, I cannot afford much. I don't have a gym membership nor do I have any workout equipment aside from a great pair of shoes that I spent a decent amount of money on. I did a lot of research into getting this shoes because I have severely pronated feet and extremely wide feet, and anyone with either of these problems knows how hard it is to find good shoes. Anyways, if anyone has any recommendations or is into health and fitness themselves, I would love help. I am looking for something as small as advice to as large as a full plan. If you need/want any more information from me that can help give me better advice or a better plan, then please just ask and I will supply. Thank you sooooo much for all future help! =)

I agree, Deathnote is a great anime. Very well written and a true psychological thriller. If you like Deathnote, you should have a looksie at Code Geass. In my opinion, it is even better then Deathnote and by the time you reach the end of the series, the last couple episodes are just like, WOWWWWWWW!!! Haha very very good series. You said you like ones that posit less of a good and bad character, but I am not sure what you mean. I am going to take a guess and say you mean you don't like the black and whites but more of the gray. Well, in One Piece, the world government is looked at like the morally righteous, like how government is looked out nowadays. Pirates are looked at like completely evil criminals who all need to be executed, like how anyone who breaks a law in the world is looked at today. Just like the real world, there are bad/evil pirates who steal, kill and more, but then there are ones like the main characters who just don't want to be enslaved by the world government but don't cause harm accept when defending themselves. As for how you see the world, I am not sure, but I wouldn't say that there is black and white in One Piece or any anime/manga that I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot.
-
Aww man. You most likely saw the 4kids dub which they messed up a lot on, but you should really give it another shot if you are still into anime. Like I said, it is the most well written story I have ever experienced and there is a lot of silliness and fantasy, but there is a lot of things in it that show how the real world truly is as well. That is awesome though. It is hard for me to find people who are into moral freedom as well as anime/manga. Or at least it is hard for me to find people who will admit they are into both haha. I have only personally watched Gundam 00 and I enjoyed it. I agree though with you that anime does seem to encompass a lot of the real world problems and to me, many times, it is more logically handled. Like, the main characters by the end will usually be on the more moral/logical end, pointing out what is wrong with what everyone thinks is right, and I guess that is why I kind of love anime/manga more then any other cultured entertainment that I have seen.

So, I am not sure if anyone watches anime but I was wondering if anyone watches One Piece. This may sound silly but I have been watching the anime One Piece and reading the manga One Piece for over half of my life now and I think it really helped me keep from being completely brainwashed by society. One Piece is a story about the great age of pirates. A man named Gol D. Roger was considered the wealthiest pirate in the world and was given the title of Pirate King. He eventually was caught and as he was about to be executed, he gave a speech about how he left everything in one piece. This began the age of pirates. People from all around the world set out in search for one piece in order to become the new pirate king. The story mainly takes place around a pirate name Luffy and his crew. Luffy wants to become the pirate king and each of his crew mates has a goal of their own. Growing up, I was what I would consider a typical kid at that time. I played a bunch of different sports, was always outside running around town with friends, school was lame but I still did good in it so I wouldn't get in trouble for ditching, and so forth. Then when I was maybe 12 years old, about 2 years into having my first computer, I started getting into reading unique stories. I never really cared for most things I found on American tv because I felt everything was so simple and below childish. But the internet gave me access to websites where I could download manga (Japanese comics) and one of the first ones I got into was One Piece. At first, it started off a little slow, but I couldn't stop. Eventually, I caught up to the weekly releases and back then, I believe it was many weeks behind the actually Japanese release dates. I knew exactly when each chapter would be released online and I would come home from school and begin downloading it. As I got older, I started seeing One Piece in the real world. "OMG! You are crazy! How can you compare a unrealistic fake goofy story like that to the real world!?" Well, One Piece has many things in it that are completely fake. For instance, they have fruits called devil fruits and when you eat one, you gain a power in return for basically being a weight in the water with no power, aka you can't swim. The normal human capabilities in the story are out of this world too. People can kid the air so hard that they can run on it, or created a slash that cuts buildings in half, and much more. The story is also extremely goofy. So much of the story doesn't take itself serious and can seem extremely ridiculous. However, even with all that, I learned and realized more about the real world from this story then I ever did in school, from my family and friends, and pretty much anything else. The main character, Luffy, wants to become the Pirate King because he believes that the free-est person in the world is the Pirate King. Him and his crew are hunted down by the world government because they don't abide by the ridiculous laws the the world government sets for them. The world government is considered moral and righteous but they continue to commit evil acts world wide. I can go on and on about this kind of stuff, but my point is that growing up watching One Piece helped me to see all the problems in the real world. In One Piece, in the first few episodes, one of the main characters is arrested and tied up to be executed because he didn't bow or something to the head of the marines on the island (been awhile so the reason may be something else). Then in the real world, I see my dad get pulled over by a cop and when my dad rolls his eyes because he was going 2 mph over the speed limit, the cop gets extremely angry, asks if he just rolled his eyes at the law, and then writes him a fat ticket when the cop was going way faster to just catch up to my dad on the freeway from a dead stop. This kind of stuff made me question things and even though I was always confused and didn't really understand what I understand now until I saw Stefan Molyneux and Penn Jillette a couple years ago, it still helped me keep a somewhat open mind to reality and things that went on. Annywaayyyssss! Maybe I am nuts. This is just what I think One Piece did for me growing up, aside from just being a peaceful escape from a terrible childhood. As for what I actually rate One Piece... One Piece is a drawn comic/animation and yet it will make you laugh uncontrollably, cry, pump you up, and basically feel every emotion you can possible feel in every single episode. There is so much goofiness followed by extremely serious moments and events that you will never expect. We currently have 647 episodes of anime and 749 chapters of manga that have been going for about 18-ish years I believe. After all of that, it stays as the number 1 manga in sales and top watched anime, and there is a very good reason. The story has no holes. The One Piece world is HUGE and you cannot predict what will happen next yet everything that happens makes sense. Every character, even side characters you don't expect to be seen more then once or twice, will reappear multiple times throughout the entire series. Time actually passes in the story, the characters, and everything else. You can truly see how each event affects every character that it should affect. I mean, there isn't a shortage of great things I can say about this story, and only a few things I can say bad about it. For example... If you are so serious that you look at anything fun or goofy as childish and beneath you, then you cannot accept this story. The manga art has been fantastic since day one considering that Oda (The creator) has been writing/drawing each chapter for a weekly release for about 18-ish years. However, the anime is very poorly animated at the start and slowly progresses as it goes. Aside from that, I can't think of anything else that is bad about it. Overall though, if you are looking for a great story that truly is pushing for a world of moral freedom and have a little extra time on your hands, I highly suggest reading the manga or watching the anime. Just a couple chapters or episodes a week, or even a month. One Piece is in my opinion, the most creative/well written story I have ever experienced. Anndddd, back to my original question... Has anyone read/seen One Piece and if so, what do you think about it?

Thankyou for the info. I have heard wordpress is great, and I already currently have it installed. I am just attempting to create my own theme or edit an existing theme so I have my own look along with everything I want on it. Is Kim pretty affordable? I am actually asking for help on here because I don't have the funds to pay really. Your website is great! I am guessing you do graphic design and stuff? Is that your career? I already have my domain and hosting under ipage. I used them back in the day very often and they are much much cheaper for much more then HostGator. As for the youtube link, I will give it a watch for sure! Thank you for that. I need all the help I can get because 9-10 years of not making websites, well, let's just say you don't realize how fast technology grows until you walk away for a few years and come back to see you know nothing hahaha.
-
Thanks man. Sorry, I didn't clarify fully. I already have paid hosting/domain and I want to actually make the design more unique, which is what my problem is. I installed the wordpress system and a design, but I want to edit it so it has my own look to it. =) Thanks! I am hosting on my own site and I am actually trying to setup my own design and such so it has my own look. That is why I am having such difficulty haha. So, what is your specialty in? What kind of sites do you work with?

Hey guys/gals! I am currently attempting to relearn how to create a website and I am having trouble. I made websites for companies back when I was 14-15 years old, but that was 10 years ago and a LOT has changed. Basically, I am trying to make a personal blog type website where I can have my articles on different topics, as well as an about me page, video page, and maybe a few others that I haven't decided on yet. So, what I am looking for is really just any advice anyone can offer. I have been attempting to learn wordpress since I was told it's the hot in thing right now, but I feel sad to admit that it is pretty far above me. I am not saying I cannot and will not learn it, just maybe there is a different system, or possibly an easier way, or even any tutorial recommendations of some sort. I will take any advice I can get! Thank you sooooo much in advance and when I do finish the website, eventually, I will be sure to post it on here so people who help can see what they spent their time helping.
-
Have an example? I am sorry man, but this is too technical for me.
-
Hey guys/gals! I need a little help with defining the words "Reason" and "Logic", and what the difference is between the two. Please be as technical as need be and supply any examples. This may be an elementary question but I need to fully understand the difference between the two. Thank you in advanced!

I have recently been coming up with my own understanding/philosophy of individualism and collectivism. I want to give a brief understanding from me and then hear what all of you have to say because I may be way off here. Collectivism is where people group up and treat the group as more important then any individual. In collectivism, by definition, people cannot have self-respect or respect for any individual as they see themselves and others as less important then the group, not realizing that it is the individuals who make the group. Now, what does this lead to? It leads to being controlled. Let's say that we have 10 people. 5 of them are white and 5 are black. So we have 2 groups of people who people their own group to be more important then themselves, to others in their group, and definitely more important then the other group. Then inside of those 5 people who are white, we have 2 people who are males and 3 people who are females. Now you have 2 white males, 3 white females and 5 black people. Now, one of those white males and 1 of the white females are Canadian while the rest of American. -5 black people -1 white Canadian male -1 white American male -1 white Canadian female -2 white American female As you keep going, eventually, you end up with 10 individuals who have no self-respect and no respect for anyone else, and the only thing important is the group that nobody belongs to except themselves. This allows for people to take control by making each group seem horrible/evil to each other group, creating conflict, and then allow for the masters to jump in to protect them and do onto groups what other groups want to do. (I apologize for this being confusing.) Individualism is where people have self-respect and self-understanding, allowing for believing that each individual is more important then any group. By having self-respect and self-understanding, you judge people as individuals rather then as groups and understand the value of each individual. Real Life Application: Now, let's apply this to real life and see how each one would play out. In America right night, society falls into collectivism. We currently have a ton of battles between groups while our masters (government) controls us. We have whites vs blacks, American vs not, male vs female, republican vs democrat, religion vs atheism, young vs old, tattoos vs no tattoos, drugs vs no drugs, etc... We have so many groups that it is very hard to even find people in all the same groups as yourself. Then you have government consistently telling everyone how each group is bad and how government is protecting us and how if we didn't have government there to protect us, that each battle would turn into war creating complete chaos. The collectivists have no respect for themselves or others, so they don't feel they would fair well in chaos and so they rely on their supposed heroes to protect them. As time passes, people will slowly wake up and see government as a cancer and not the cure they had believed, and when enough people do, a violent revolution will occur because the people woke up to the reality of government, but still are collectivists. They don't understand the value of each individual and they don't trust/respect anyone that doesn't fit into all their own groups, to trust/respect them. When you have people who fear everyone else attacking them, you will have people who begin to attack. You will have certain groups that are already heated up through crap they were fed by government, and they will already be itching to fight. In the end, there will be small scattered groups everywhere, believing everyone outside of their groups are a threat while some groups just travel and attempt to conquer. Knowledge and education will diminish along with the population. Eventually, the groups will grow and grow along with their chains of hierarchy. The groups will slowly go to war with other groups over land, resources and control. Then the entire process begins again. What would happen if society was filled with individualists? Well, people would believe in themselves, always pushing to be better and to better every aspect of their lives. They would do what they wanted, pushing to accomplish their dreams. They would have respect for others allowing them to accept people for who they are rather then hating them for not being a clone of themselves. In the process of bettering themselves, they would understand the fallacy of hierarchy, meaning that there would be no rulers. No rulers means no monopoly. No monopoly means pure competition to be the best, and without violence since each individual has respect for and understands the value of each other individual. I guess you could say it would be what all the collectivists call, "Utopia".

Thanks for trying made, but that isn't it. It wasn't actually a podcast and it is a little bit older. Man, I really cant find it and it is bothersome lol. Hopefully, eventually, I will just stumble upon it and a big smile will take over my face but I spent like 30 minutes yesterday trying to find it with no luck. Thanks for the help though!

Hey everyone! I am looking for a specific video to show someone and I can't remember the title of it so I am hoping that someone remembers the title and can tell me. I am looking for it, going through any video the sounds like it could be it and if I find it first, I will post on here, so don't think I am not trying haha. Anyways, the video was Stefan talking about basically all the things government does to profit of destroying children and such. I believe there was more then that, but it has been awhile since I saw it and can sometimes get videos mixed with others, but it was a great video! If you have any guesses, please share! Thank you!
-
Nice, never seen it. Yah, but I am just happy that other people who might not be known for this kind of stuff, is making this kind of stuff. Very true!

Here is a video by college humor, and I think people will enjoy it, especially Stefan. http://www.collegehumor.com/video/6966989/the-real-reason-youre-circumcised

I have edited the original post, so take a look at the edit and reply if you feel like it. -
I see people donating every single day to help someone else? I see people donating to charities world wide to cure disease, feed the hungry, clothe the hungry and more. Then, imagine having a large piece of land that we currently call the "United States" with 3+ million people who have much better jobs and are much better off because the lack of government, and donating will be far larger then it currently is. Also, that was one way. There are thousands of ways to earn money to protect people.

EDIT: Futures Trading
abcqwerty123 replied to abcqwerty123's topic in Libertarianism, Anarchism and Economics
I will check out that video in a little bit, but I have to disagree with you about there being no predictability. My idea of "the future" is that everything is predictable, but no predictions can be a 100% guarantee. What I mean by that is, when you play blackjack, you can make a prediction based on what cards have already been played, the likelihood of you getting the card you need or slightly below and the likelihood if of you getting a card that is too high. That prediction won't be 100%, but you can have a better % chance then if you just guessed with 0 knowledge of how the game works. The same goes for the stock market. The stock market is run by people and participated in by people, therefore I need to understand people and how the majority of stock traders who are trading with the price ranged stocks I want to. I also can look at the patterns of all of the numbers to find when to know when a stock with top off or take off, along with many other things. I am not saying I am some master at this and that it isn't difficult, just that I will never accept anyone that says that something is completely based on luck and that there is no possible way you can't even be %1 better off then going in completely blind. Oh, I used to play texas holdem, a type of poker game. That game requires you to play against the table instead of the house. First, I learned how to play the game and the numbers behind my chances. Then I began playing a little with just local friends to learn to read people. Then I went to casinos once in awhile and played online (back when it was legal). The only time I ever didn't double my money was when I played with friends when I first started out because they would play tourny style where you play until 1 person is left. Every other time I have played, I have double my money at the very least because I would pay VERY close attention to people and understand what they had through body language. At the same time, I would play extremely random, always being as weird as possible and then randomly being serious and such. There most likely was a pattern to how I played, but I never stayed around long enough to give someone the chance to understand me. The only reason I stopped played was because, it was very boring to me. I don't know what it was, but gambling became boring after I learned how to play and so I moved on. Now stock trading is what looks intriguing, and it may become boring after I learn it all, but it is currently exciting and a challenge, and I want to learn/understand it. I agree with you, that there is predictability in the stock market, but I know that there is predictability in everything, even the pump-and-dump trip zero securities. Anyways though, I really appreciate your information, and I might look into those books later, but I want to understanding trading as much as possible before I move onto investing. Thanks a bunch for your help because I may know a little bit, but I still learned stuff from what you said, even if only understanding that some of my ideas were correct. -
EDIT: Futures Trading
abcqwerty123 replied to abcqwerty123's topic in Libertarianism, Anarchism and Economics
Thanks man, I am going to check this video out. I am actually talking about trading over investing. I have a few friends who have been doing it awhile and they are all WAY up financially because of it, and so that made me want to look into it. I am starting a book called 'Trend Trading for a Living' that came highly recommended to me. Thanks for all the information. I am new, but I have also learned tid bits here and there. I have been recently studying (last week or two) a ton and I do have an account with etrade. I have currently doubled my money since April 1st when my money was transferred to the account. Basically, I am going to be trading sub zero, aka trip 0, stocks. From what I currently know, I want to find patterns in stocks that have maybe 2-3 ticks between the support and resistance, daily. Then basically, buy in on the support and sell on the resist. However, I don't know any strategies and don't even really know what I am looking for aside from a basic chart. That is what I am trying to learn about though and trend trading is what I am told I want to look into. Anyways, I really appreciate the information because learning about investing will obviously help me as well, it is just something I am looking to do currently because, well, mainly because I have plenty of free time and everyone has told me that a good trader will always make more money and faster then a good investor. -
I apologize if this isn't the correct place for this topic. I am currently getting into trading stocks and I wanted to hear thoughts on stock trading as a whole. I am VERY new and don't fully understand it just yet, beginning to read some books that have been recommended, but from an anarchy point of view, is stock trading good, bad or just a part of true capitalism? Also, if anyone has any recommendations/suggestions on information, tips or reads, please do share. Thank you! Edit Below:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, I have been studying day in and day out. I began attempting to trade trip zero stocks, and learned why they are so bad. They are very difficult to get in and out of. After making a little money through them, i started learning about futures. I have been using a simulator with fake money as practice, to test strategies and stuff, and so far so good. If you know anything about futures, you know you buy/sell contracts, and with one contract, I make anywhere from 250$-1500$ a day. I am currently awaiting a big play that has my money tied up on a penny stock, but hopefully it will happen within the next few days and then I am moving full time to futures trading. I REALLY enjoy it and even though it is fake money, it feels great to be able to apply strategies that I spend a ton of time learning, and to see them working. When I go into a trade, I have about an 80% success rate, and again, that is with a single contract. When I have enough money, I plan to start trading with more then one contract, so my 250-1500$ a day will double, then triple and so forth. Anyways, I would love to hear what people think about futures. Do you trade them? Have you ever tried or thought about it? And if you have traded them, did you have any success? Also, do you have any strategies that I can learn because even though I have been doing extremely well, I want to know everything there is so I can do even better. P.S. If you are looking into futures and have any questions, ask away. I really enjoy talking about this and who knows... maybe I won't have the answer you are looking for making me do research to learn it myself. =)

My problem is that I can't tell which is more difficult/painful. To hide myself and not be beaten down or to be who I am and have no peace. Don't get me wrong though. I know that there are people who I can be myself around out there, just not that I have met in my area and I am having trouble growing and getting out of this area because of what my life has designed me to be... Basically, I am trying to break my mold. I will have to watch the video tomorrow. I am about to pass out I am so tired lol. Been studying all night and I need to try and sleep. I can't get a good job because I have 13,000$ in collections because it was stolen from me so any higher paying job that checks credit, instantly kicks me out the door. Yet, I need a good job to move out right away because I can't get a job without being kicked out. Believe it or not, my dad will kick me out if I get a job because I am not there to take care of everything for him. And lastly, I live in a pretty crappy area where the closest bus stop is miles away, near where I could work, and I don't have a car. Keep in mind, these are excuses, but they aren't defining. By that I mean, they will be the results if I take those actions, but I know that there is a way out and I am just trying to discover it. As for tennis, I put that in there because I live in the small part of California where everyone is a religious hardcore patriotic republican where logic means nothing, facts mean nothing, and no matter what, if the sport isn't football, baseball, basketball or hockey, then it is a third world shit sport for pussies. Anarchy and atheism, yup, very dangerous to be either in my area. Just from sharing a few of Stefan's videos on my facebook, I went from around 200 friends to about 80. And I guarantee not a single person watched any of the videos, just saw the title and removed me. Anyways, I am just stuck, and I know I will get out of it because I know that I can do anything, I just have to figure out how and how to stay positive. I have ptsd, depression and all that stuff but I refuse to take medications. I may be wrong in my thought, but I figure, these problems came from my mind being unable to deal with my surroundings, so I can fix it by understanding the cause and conquering it. Oh, and, it is hard to find meds that don't completely screw you up, if there even are any.
