Thank you for your response and kind words, dsayer. It took me two days to clear my driveway with a snow blower and shovel from this last storm. Part of the reason is because I have arthritis and took a fall on day one, but considering that I can normally clear it in an hour, it was quite the undertaking. It took me over two hours just to clear my driveway apron of the three foot wall of compacted snow and ice left there from the city plows. I did use the time to listen to some of Stefan's call in shows, which was good.I am hoping that I can find the reason and virtue to heal here and in another round of therapy. Thank you again, I really appreciate you taking the time to reach out.

I've been trying to find something my whole life and I hope I can find it here.I scored a seven out of ten on the ACE Score calculator and have known for a long time that I had a brutal childhood. I've been in and out of therapy since I was fourteen. I am 46 now. I have done a range of therapies including CBT and EMDR. I still suffer from PTSD, depression and panic attacks.I find myself, once again, at a cross road in my life and I'm trying to make well informed decisions based on UPB and NAP. I know I still have a lot to learn and a lot of things to reorganize in my life. I hope I can find the happiness I seek through reason and virtue.Politically, I gone from Republican to Libertarian to libertarian to Voluntarism to Agorist to Anarchist to now just wanting to throw off any political labeling.I have been watching Stefan off and on for about a year now and have always enjoyed his delivery and sense of humor. I do have my questions and am trying to find the answers. He has a ton of material to sift through.
