I feel kinda irritated that some people attack almost anyone that even shows a hint at the support of this idea. If we truly believe in free association this idea should not even be an issue.

So there exist this man. He calls himself Daniel Fincke. He has a blog spot called camels with hammers (google search I find is the easiest way to get to it) I think he believes civil conduct is of value and important when people discuss topics and have debates. If the concept of the group, does not diminish the man or woman that compose the concept , I don't see the problem. Any group could meet that definition not just Nazi. If you add in that family also share a closer set of DNA and that there is a parent child relationship. It would be very specific. It would also exclude groups that one might think should be include in a family definition.

Thanx for the insight. I'm not sure how companies decide candidates neither. My guess is as good as yours, but I do think they hold my criminal record against me. When I can I try to make some cash mowing grass. It is a hit and miss in my neighborhood, but I appreciate the help.

Thank you for the additional information. I really just want to put it behind me and try to see if I can start working a job again. I am really taking your suggestion about business start up seriously and discussed it with some of my family members. They are supportive.

Maybe I didn't word it right the legal system is not easy for me to comprehend. The rules don't make sense and sometime are not consistent. I was not adjudicated or adjudication was withheld. I was not found guilty nor was I found not guilty I plead no contest because I didn't want to argue the facts. I was charged with a crime, but a verdict to prove my guilt or innocence was never reached.

Hey everyone. I had a problem I wanted to talk about but didn't know what topic it would fall into. I am going to put it here to get some feedback from you all. I was employed doing security. I always had problems with paying taxes, car insurance, fees because I didn't want to and felt forced. I felt like democrats and republicans were not really looking out for my interest. I was looking for a third option. I found the libertarian party. Became familiar with the non aggression principle and other libertarian ideals. I also wanted to be an activist and was looking at the free state project and freekeene and other material dealing with civil disobedience. Long story short I became active was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a tag/ registration. I was charge by the state went to jail; was violated in jail; went to court public defender was useless wasn't convicted but now have a criminal record. This whole process took well over 6 months at which time I had a hard time finding work. Most applications ask if you have criminal record, been arrested, convicted etc and I answer yes. No one is hiring me which I find very frustrating. I know I'm not the first person to have a criminal record. I wanted to know if anyone has had similar stories and now have trouble getting hired or finding work. If so have you found a solution or solutions? I know I would be classed as an unskilled laborer because I do not have any degrees or hard marketable skills. I am able to survive relying heavily on my parents and friend. It is very frustrating not finding work I spend morning filling out applications and afternoons doing house choirs. On the week end I relax but try to keep my mind busy.

I would suggest you say what you feel. Yell it out. " I like you alot Mindy!!!!! " Yes, you will feel vulnerable. You just expressed your feels openly to someone you liked romantically and do not know if you will be received in kind. In my experience I just say it. I make my self emotionally vulnerable. Sometimes I will get a response like. “ Thank you for your candor but I am involved.” It is not the response I wanted but it was honest. I like to say in early before I get to attached it reduces the hurts from rejection.

Murder=The premeditated killing of one human being by another. Murderer=A person who commits murder; a killer. Killing= An act of causing death, especially deliberately. This question has bother me. I don't agree with capital punishment. I had a debate with my father. We have different ideas with the issue of murders. My arguement was, if Joe killed Suezy and then Smith killed Joe. Joe is the murderer and Smith is justified in killing Joe. His argument was, if Joe killed Suezy then Joe is a murderer but Smith is not justified in killing Joe because that will make Smith a murderer too and murder is immoral. Basically, two wrongs don't make a right. I am like , what about Suezy? What about the loss of her value? How will it be recovered? If this issue has been discussed, could anyone that know how to navigate the forums please help me. Thank you for your assistance.
