  1. It depends. If you want to avoid another situation where you have to deal with annoying people, especially bullies, you're right it isn't. But for me, cowardice is more an action by a person who decide to throw someone under the bus instead of confronting him or doesn't want to talk to him but comes with personal attacks behind his back to hurt him. I've notice it with recent events within the media.
  2. Greetings everyone, my name is Thierry and I'm from Montreal. I've been following Stefan's works for quite sometimes and, after an evaluation of my life situation, I've decided to get on board with the FDR community. I've been struggling with social anxiety which has hindered my social skills for many years now. That's why I'm still unable to get involve in a serious relationship with women or to keep a job for a long period. I'm looking forward to get some perspective from Stefan and numerous FDR forum members so I can overcome this situation. See you soon, Thierry
