  1. At Stefan says that according to the white house 47% of chicago residents can't read and that there's a 86% percent literacy rate nationwide. But in the only page pertaining to the White House in the list of sources it said : "While the United States overall has a strong 99% literacy rate, Chicago, IL for example has a rate of just 53%. It’s a number that needs to be raised, and through her used book store, one Chicago local is helping to boost that percentage." . So there's clearly a mistake being made or I missed something. A reply would be appreciated and thank you for the effort put into making the video.
  2. Have you ever considered going on call-in show and discussing your pretty profound family problems with stef?, I bet you could get put to the front of the queue if you explained your situation to Mike, and if you feel to anxious to talk live on the podcast I've heard Stef offering to people the option to talk in private. Talking with a therapist is another important action to consider, I'm not sure how the school system works in Germany, but in my high school in Canada there's always a few therapists available to talk to (although their quality as therapists might be questionable since they're working in a public school) . But other than that I don't know what advice I should give you, I just feel incredibly sorry for the situation you're in with your mother and your health problems. If there is anything you want to ask me I'll be happy to help.
  3. In this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKAD28POlyU&list=UUzOnXvfwc32YEiwTe_8Nf-g&index=34 Rocking MrE, argues that the use of the word 'Capitalism' is a misnomer because Capitalism isn't an ideology, but a naturally occurring voluntary activity and that therms such as the one used by Adam Smith "the Invisible Hand" are much more appropriate words for trading activities because people aren't guided into economic activities by an ideology, but rather by their natural incentives (the Invisible Hand) such as wanting to buy products at the lowest price possible. I would very much appreciate hearing your views on this video.
