  1. Where does it end, AccuTron? You are not making the culture safer, you are stripping the culture of its common sense and sense of morality, so that when these risk-deprived kids find themselves in an environment of interactive risk, they will go overboard, intentionally shooting for the eyes in reaction to all the damned parental restraints they found themselves in when they were younger. You are training them for either pussification or extreme sports and extreme violence--extreme risk to themselves and others. Or war, for that matter. An undignified, ungentlemanly, rules-less form of war. Let us go crazy, they shall to one another. Sort of like how teenagers with no experience with the forbidden adult drugs like alcohol tend to go crazy when they finally get their hands on them; contrast with the European model of gradual introduction of alcohol into their lives and surrounded by family. This is madness. Predictable madness, of course, for those with a good enough grasp of the PeeSee blob engulfing and digesting Western civ. So, what is next? What will the blob eat next?
  2. Thanks for the links and recommendations, GB. Here is one worthwhile on the list, coming from a theistic perspective. It is one of the few films that appear to be about more than relationships and action, but about ideas... The Ninth Configuration https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lywJkgCd00w
  3. I feel like less of a man if I can't make other people's posts greener or redder. Can anyone show me how it's done?
  4. Are we to expect drought-vigilantism next? Cutting hoses, sprinkling salt on lawns, etc.?
  5. A real gentleman is my impression of him, well-put-together, thoughtful, full of zeal, trustworthy. I am happy a new generation had a chance to see him in action in the Rings films etc.. A loss to the entertainment community and to the world. RIP.
  6. My point in asking it, shirgall, was to ask why transgender people so feel the need to change gender, if there is no rock-solid definition of "female" or "male" to judge by? They appear to be stereotypical in their gender swap (girls with glitter, women with heels and dresses, men with tattoos, etc.) Suppose I, as a male, decided I was a woman, but altered nothing about my appearance, anatomy, speech, or behaviour. Do I count as a woman, then? Are there transgender people like this? At what point does it blend into being an absurdity?
  7. You're scared because you know this isn't a libertarian advance, it's an imperial one. The global corporatist Anglo-American oligarchy continues its bid for world domination.
  8. Question for the thread: What defines "female"? If there is that which defines female, what is it? If there is nothing that defines female, why are transgenderists so bothered about either becoming female, or escaping female?
  9. A passing thought: "I NEED APPEARANCISM BECAUSE...I considered not getting this photo taken because I hadn't wiped the mustard off my mouth."
  10. But the MGTOW's, at least from thinking like barbarossa and Stardusk, don't believe in cultural forces, they believe in biological forces masquerading as cultural forces. They are fatalists who believe the best a man can do is carve out a tiny ubermenschish niche for himself while Rome burns. I disagree with the MGTOW's on their analysis because I believe in ideas, that ideas can create genetic-like changes in the host human mind, effectively turning people into different species from the uneducated.
  11. And where do all these lazy women come from? From an educational system that teaches them no principles, and a mediated environment that entertains them to death, all amidst a society of abundance and a culture of self-esteem and misandry where they can look forward to the gynaeceum. So they're trapped in a comfortable virtual reality, alienated from the truth. I read of a future scenario once, where every person had their own cell, and in the cell was a blob. They would live their entire lives in the cell, never leaving it, and there was only one rule: obey the blob. If they ever disobeyed the blob, the blob would engulf them and eat them. Society itself faces a Blob, that is stalking, devouring, hemming in, and dissolving everything through its secreted solvent. History, race, culture, language, religion, sexuality, environment, national sovereignty, all is being dissolved by the universal solvent from the Blob. To oppose the Blob is to be dissolved. Women are the least likely to oppose it. Men are close behind.
  12. That's a good analysis you've connected us with, MMX2010. What it is missing is an explanation of how the Waif is right, that she and increasingly the bulk of the population, are wounded birds. How? Because they've been denied their humanity in terms of principled knowledge that forms the basis for potent political-economic action. The "player" type can gain a semblance of this, at least in the dating arena, from his knowledge. He may be cynical, but at least he knows more than the average slob or bitch, and can root his self-confidence in his informed will-to-power.
  13. We must never think things are a joke. This is perfectly in keeping with the various victim-groups and their demands. Once they are accepted the next step will be counselling children so that they will be able to maximise their transabled lifespan.
  14. I'm on your side, Marshall. I wonder too about how bad it is for people to become addicted to outrageous fantasy, all the worse so when they are young children. They don't need it. Amish live without it and they turn out okay, as far as it goes. There's no reason a child needs to be exposed to cartoony, carnival-glass, and ultimately often simply ugly and misleading versions of reality. Some things are cool, but it's debatable whether "cool" is something we should encourage. I think it matters because we're trying to construct the ideal society, and so in that regard every aspect of it matters, especially the education and entertainment of the young. Right now we, almost to a man, exist inside structures of addiction that distract and distort our understanding of reality, to the point where reading a reasonably heavy book is a chore for most adults and probably tear-inducing for most children. And these structures are becoming circumambient and intensified. Neil Postman's Amusing Ourselves to Death describes this. It's not just the quality of programming of media products, it's the quantity.
  15. I haven't found anything amiss with MMX2010's posts and want to share my opinion so I will be downvoted too.
  16. Damn whitey, demanding standards of behaviour and non-violence and proper pronunciation. We hate whitey and his stupid white ideas like astronomy and math. We demand Shakespeare translated into Ebonics now!
  17. Lauren Conrad Bans The Words 'Skinny' And 'Slim' From Her Website: Preach, Sister http://www.msn.com/en-ca/lifestyle/smart-living/lauren-conrad-bans-the-words-skinny-and-slim-from-her-website-preach-sister/ar-BBkz54I?ocid=mailsignout Well, what's next? Political correctness isn't a move to stop offending people, it's a move to stop noticing differences. If the PC police can edit out "man" and "woman" they will. You know they will. Gender-bending anti-offensive whatever is part of the Blob that is eating Western Civilisation, and plenty of University-trained "thought leaders" are cheering it on. Men/women, heterosexual/homosexual, up/down, these things are only held in place so long as they are useful, and the moment they are not they, like the Vagina Monologues, will be crossed out and relegated to the unseen dustbin of history. The goal is to create people incapable of noticing anything except whatever fishing lures are put next to their mouths. We will then be absorbed into and digested by the Blob in a Year Zero future.
  18. Sure it can be innate. Your hypothetical genderless society might contain members who would be what we would call transgender if they were put into a gender-binary society like ours. They might wonder what's wrong with them, that they have this psychological itch they cannot scratch. But of course it's beyond that, such a society could have cisgender people who feel likewise. Their social justice trajectory would be the movement towards a gender-binary society where they could fit in. Same goes for a heterosexual in a unisexual world, or a homosexual in a world where everybody is a unique combination of anatomy. This is the opposite of what we are moving towards in our society today. We are moving towards--did you ever perceive the film The Lawnmower Man? There's a scene where the titular character, possessed of psychic powers, transforms a living man into a mass of floating computerised bubbles. Imagine a man and a woman standing side by side. Now transform them both into bubble-masses, and have the bubble-masses mingle until there's only the odd occasional cluster of "more feminine" and "more masculine" traits, but most clusters are hopelessly intermediate.
  19. Non-Christians (especially Jews) are to be handled with kid-gloves, except for Atheists, who are making progress but still not there yet. Christians are open season, unless one is plunk in the middle of them on Sunday. Muslims less so, because they're kind of touchy and there are a few aiming to, you know, kill you and stuff if you don't act like a good dhimmi. Are statists really uncriticisable? Will someone look at you as if you just told an N-word joke if you criticise statists? I'm not sure what you mean by examples of each. Isn't it obvious? How long do you suppose it will be, before it becomes impossible outside of a court of law or other specialised technical venue, to even refer to differences along the axes I have mentioned? The goal of newspeak is to erase possibilities of thought, after all.
  20. All-women's college cancels 'Vagina Monologues' because it's not feminist enoughhttp://www.campusreform.org/?ID=6202
  21. What if you got hired at a slaughterhouse for a day, so you could have your friend videotape yourself slaughtering hogs, for the sake of promoting your upcoming album?
  22. Political Correctness, is that still a thing? I think it is. It's chiefly about censoring language, if I recall, specifically to "correct" language about particular groups, so that they feel better about themselves, or something. What groups are covered by that rubric? I can think of a few, but maybe you can add to the list. Non-white people Non-male people Non-heterosexual people Non-typical gender configuration people Mentally ill people Obese people Crippled people Non-Christian people Islamic jihadi terrorist people (blandly termed "extremists" so Muslims can feel better about themselves) Not-so-smart people Not-very-tall people Have I missed any?
  23. Yes, that would be acceptable, slaughtering your pet for a barbecue.
  24. No need for the snark. A beating death is cruel in inverse proportion to the skill with which it is administered. One solid blow well-aimed could kill a rabbit, and 30 weak, ill-aimed ones might not. Capital punishments are decided on in part due to their reliability.
  25. Smiling with teeth seems unnatural to me. Isn't baring teeth an obvious sign of aggression? Are there any animals besides man that bare their teeth when they're happy?
