  1. As Mao said "Our Principle is that the Party commands the gun, and the gun must never be allowed to command the Party." If gun control was relaxed in China you would have more stuff like this. http://blogs.wsj.com/chinarealtime/2010/06/08/farmer-defends-his-turf-with-homemade-rocket-launcher/
  2. Julian is the person who brought this to my attention and his introduction post is "hello from a young Australian" so mine was a play on his. Aether has been my alias online for some time now, i don't really mind disclosing my first name which is Jordan but i don't use not my last name anywhere if i can help it even if i would trust the people or sites i would share it with.
  3. Seven Periods with Mr Gormsby is a tv show based around Mr Gormsby who is the relief teacher for a bunch of rowdy Maori kids who recently made their previously past relief teachers storm out before the day even ended. Mr Gormsby uses old fashioned and non pc ways to guide the boys to do the best they can do. This really highlights also how as Christania Hoff Sommers says “Boys are treated like defective girls" in schools and that they are punished for that, Mr Gormsby however understands this is not the way boys learn and instead of punishing them he nudges them in the right direction which i think should actually be applied in schools. So if you want a funny show full of non pc jokes and a mockery of the public school system, seven periods with Mr Gormsby is the show for you. The first and second season can be found on youtube, this is the first episode:
  4. Teachers get abysmal pay compared to other professions and the reason some people teach is not for the paycheck although that is not always to case since if they wanted the paycheck they would get a job that pays. I think that some teachers actually enjoy teaching but don't put much effort into it or are swayed by the children either by misbehaving and what not. So to answer the question i think around 30% of teachers only do it for the paycheck and do not like or want to work as teachers.
  5. China has banned Uber (typical). http://www.businessinsider.com.au/uber-china-ban-2015-1
  6. Salutations , Recently i found this channel called China Uncensored which looks into whats going on in China while also being funny. It exposes some of the massive lies and propaganda that makes up China and i figure some of you guys might like it.
