I've been listening to FDR since May 2015 with increasing regularity. I actually begin listening to FDR to help myself be a better partner (I was blamed for many negative aspects of my relationship). After some time, I begin grasping the fundamental concepts and applying them to my life. Eventually, my relationship of 6.5 years came under a microscope powered by UPB.
I broke up with the women I was going to marry because I realized she was not interested in a reciprocal relationship or logical behavior.
I feel like a fog has been lifted and I now see the world for what it is.
I can't thank FDR enough. It saved me from a life of male disposability and low self-respect.
