  1. I laughed more at this than I probably should have.
  2. I said #1. By definition, the laws of the universe can't be broken.
  3. The link isn't working for me. It says that the page doesn't exist.
  4. I don't think the idea that a heterosexual male would marry an illegal immigrant who likely doesn't speak English just for his "papers" is very plausible.
  5. Good poem, but I like to keep it simple: "Roses are red, Violets are blue, Theft is wrong, Taxes are too, But I repeat myself."
  6. According to University of Maryland, conjoined twins "occur once every 200,000 live births". I don't understand why an extremely rare birth defect that most people don't live through should have anything to do with the morality of abortion. Source: http://umm.edu/programs/conjoined-twins/facts-about-the-twins I also fail to see how full-body transplants have anything to do with the morality of abortion.
  7. Try this site: http://www.goodtherapy.org/therapists/wa/seattle
  8. My Freshman year of high school, my history teacher told us that Hoover was a free-marketer while also telling us that he started the construction of the Hoover Dam and started federal work programs. Double think is a heck of problem nowadays.
  9. What are your views? You sound like a smart fellow.
  10. I've lost count of the number of conversations I've had with so-called "anarcho-communists" who say that it couldn't co-exist with other forms of anarchy because it would require a "global commune" to manage things. I equate this to someone calling themselves an anarcho-capitalist because they like corporations. How people can call themselves anarcho-anything without truly understanding the branch befuddles me.
  11. Knowledge isn't power, the ability to convey ideas is power. You may know a lot about what "someone more conservative believes", but if you can't clearly and concisely convey your ideas, you'll be drowned out by the irrational. Personally speaking, I wouldn't want to work for a company that cared about college. If your job is about skills, passion, and individuality, college is the last thing your employer should care about. What is your job?
  12. I'm in high school and it's pretty much the same. My English teacher is an outspoken supporter of Bernie Sanders, my history teacher thinks that Communism is a good idea that was executed poorly, people often make fun of Donald Trump and call him racist, etc. Judging from the phrase, "I'm going to be in school for a while", I assume you are in your first or second semester. If that is the case, I would drop out if I were you. College destroys the little rationality that survives after high school; I don't know why you would willingly submit yourself to debt and more government indoctrination after 12 years in forced school, unless you wanted to be something high-paying that required a degree, such as a surgeon. If you are going to stay: 1. Hold true to your beliefs and question everything that your professors tell you. 2. Remember that quality is greater than quantity in relationships. 3. Stay sober. 4. Share the show with rational people you meet.
