  1. I get ENTP (I used to get ENFP) first of all. My question is how do the insights of these categories weigh against the negatives of perhaps 'picking sides' in one's outlooks, and/or taking false insights along with the true? An example of both is my retesting and getting 51% T thus shifting me from ENFP to ENTP... Suddenly there is a large change in the focus of the summaries and I go from "passionate plan maker" to "passionate debater"... (along with a lot of things that don't seem to change) of course I can be consciously aware of these inaccuracies, though that pinch of salt then starts to affect the relateable parts too. I'd be interested in if other's experience self doubt when criticizing personality advice.
  2. This is my introduction to the board. I've been watching FDR since the beginning of March, and in arguing with all of my fleshy friends I have discovered that a) I am completely unconvinced by statism, and by socialism b) My friends don't like talking about initiating violence being universally wrong Now all of this makes sense, as I am currently in my last year of publicly funded pre-tertiary school-based qualification in Australia, and so mentioned friends are still in their relevant authoritarian households. The point of all of this, though, is that I have come to the place where peaceful parenting and universal freedom are perceived to be good. Hello all, welcome to the world of knowing me!

  3. Presumably being influenced by this video is not a selectable trait to have, so if this video convinces people not to feel pressured to have kids when they actively resented the idea, it might not do much harm. (shame about the other people who find it convincing) In terms of accuracy a large part of School of Life is to endorse ignorance for relationship pressure; they encourage not diving into relationships on a romantic whim (reminds me of the relationship arc im RTR) and considering remaining single. I see "The Horrors of Children" in these two lights as well, and on one hand it could be an advocacy for waiting for the right person and situation before diving into parenting, on the other hand it could be a message for noone to have children, which does of course make no sense as life advice.
