    You don't. The process of re-definition allows for words to be more useful and new words to emerge to more accurately describe a thing. Words are just tools that evolve over time. There is no way to combat efficiency.

    Try and explain a new concept to someone unfamiliar with it. If you find yourself unable to communicate succinctly, you probably don't fully understand the material and should go back and study the points you had trouble conveying.
