I was introduced to FDR over the summer and have occasionally looked in on the forums over the past few months. I have always believed knowing yourself to be an important part of overall mental health and happiness but have recently decided that it was time to take that to a new level. After all, part of self knowledge is knowing it never stops, that it is a never ending journey.
