I welcomed philosophy into my life nearly two years ago.I live in a resort town in the Colorado Rockies, and we just completed our first full day of ski-friendly weather. Eight days from now the first mountain resort will open. I'm extremely excited!I am sending out an open invitation to Freedomain Radio listeners to stay at my condominium this winter season. This is my not-so-subtle angle in which to lure FDR members out to a remote mountain town so that I can actually meet someone who isn't an outright Marxist, or religious nut. Stembal Posted November 11, 2015 Author Share Posted November 11, 2015 Philosophy Folks, Here's an update from the Top of the World!Copper Mountain opened today (11/17), reporting 7 inches overnight. Arapahoe Basin reported 10 inches. Loveland Ski Area, also reported 10. Keystone Resort failed to report any snow, but it must have had at least 4-5 inches. Keystone opened up last Friday.Currently, the open resorts have minimal (2-3) lifts and runs open so expect long lines, especially during the weekend.
