Queensalis
...also known as "the first country in the world to prohibit corporal punishment in all its forms." I'm happy to be there, so I can learn by observation and practice the skill to civilly argue and defend points, theories and opinions and maybe even let some philosophy soak through my skin, as it will undeniably try. Kevin Beal
How'd you find the show? Was there a particular topic that drew you in?
Queensalis
I believe that was my interest in various movie reviews and parodies, as well as creepypasta including "conspiracy theories" regarding media that made Youtube think "The truth about Frozen" would be something for me. It does fit within the creepy conspiracy title, so at first I thought it was another one of "All the characters from Ed Edd & Eddy are actually dead!" "Spongebob Squarepants takes place in area that was nuked and all characters are post-radiation mutants!" "All the characters from this other show are actually dead too!" (That's an often one). It was much longer than "the usual" so it actually sat in my browsers pinned tab for weeks before I decided I'm ready to watch that long of a video, but after I was done, I wanted to know "what kind of other content does this guy have?" Queensalis
I wonder if people are going to think the same with the Doom review. I dunno... it seems slightly bland for a review. I guess some people would go "has he reviewed other games?" and many would figure "oh, he's some guy trying to branch out and earn traffic with the game community, but isn't really animator, comedian nor letsplayer, lame" What I mean is, maybe some more of the "real" Molyneux shows in the Frozen video than the Doom review. Though his entertaining speech patterns are visible there as well and might bait some new people in. Anyways, it is a valid attempt to sneak his way into "different people's yutubs" as he did into mine, so if it creates a chance to fish out the philosophical cookies from the gaming crowd... Yeah, it was surprisingly straightforward as a review. The reaction I saw in twitter and places like 4chan ranged from utter surprise, "what...?" comments and "he's finally lost it". I would accept it as an April fools joke, honestly.
