    Thin-slice it. I bet you already know the answer. If this is a problem for you now, it's still going to be a problem in 10 years. Actually I bet in most failed relationships each person knew how it would fail within the first couple of times of seeing each other. If she never got the chance to have a mom how is she going to be around her own kids?

    I thought it would get better for me as I age but apparently it's not. My mind thinks way too fast and deeply when I am in verbal conversation which affects the fluency of my speech and makes me sound like an idiot. I was wondering if anyone else is dealing with this and how you are managing it? I recently came across DAF software for Android so I am looking forward to using that.

    Nah you can have it for free, no point on me holding on to it paying 10 dollars a year then letting it go to be picked up by some domain parker service. I wouldn't say no to an upgrade though JamesP, sent the email!

    A few years ago I made this Chrome Extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/freedomainradio/hfiacjaknmaodfadbkgelckmkkgodjnf but it broke due to certain Chrome API's deprecating and FDR moving to a new forum. I'm in the process of upgrading it, take a look at the following screenshot below and let me know what you think. Hopefully, i'll have it released by the end of the week.     Maybe it's just my experience but I personally find therapy overrated - it feels like the therapist doesn't know enough to help me, I've often imagined a good therapy session would be like a Stefan listener conversation. The best experience I had in terms of healing was expressing myself to someone safe, which allowed me to let go of a lot of shame I was holding. Continue working on self knowledge, talking to safe people, and develop a part (look up Internal Family Systems) within yourself that is a therapist. Until you can afford a real therapist, focus your energy on getting to a place where you can make money.

    That's because you are crazy, when you live in a culture that redefines dysfunctional behaviour as normal. So this is a good thing, embrace that and never stop evolving into who you are. I too have grown up being bullied, at home and at school, so I know how you feel and how I have dealt with it is by tuning into internal signals rather than external ones.The reason why I was put down by other people is because parts of me was putting myself down - people learn how to treat you by how you treat yourself. Fix your posture, Figure out what you what to do in life, who you want to be, set goals, lift weights, channel energy into something productive. Express your emotions like you're doing now, you own yourself and life is short.Very sorry to hear what you're going through, do you want to talk about it more?

    Hi, I'm someone who loves to code, as a job and as a hobby, and im always on the look out for open source projects I can lend a hand to (check out my Github and the FreedomainRadio Chrome Extension I made ). Is there anything at FDR that could use an extra hand? I'm a full stack developer so most things can be thrown at me, but my proficiency is in Java, PHP, SQL.
