So if a strange man puts his arm around your wife to prevent her from passing, and almost rips her shirt trying to hold her, you would want that to be totally legal?

In the USA that is absolutely assault. More like two accounts of assault. I have seen many people prosecuted for simple assault for merely grabbing a camera. If this is how girls flirt with you, there's something seriously wrong in my opinion! Wouldn't it make more sense she was mad that she just got filmed committing an assault?

Implicit Association Test: Black and White Race
john cena replied to john cena's topic in Self Knowledge
By SJW's own logic, you should be treated with tolerance because you're only that way because someone harmed you. Apparently the results are based on time. So its not even that I selected more wrong answers, it was just that I took longer to do so. I took it again and it showed no preference. However most people, especially children and teachers, probably would only ever take this test once.. -
So apparently this is a test that can determine if you are racist. http://www.understandingprejudice.org/iat/racframe.htm I figured I might as well try it.. Oh boy. My results: Welp, looks like I'll have to cut ties with all my black friends No but in all seriousness, it seems like the way the test is done is biased. It's a reaction based test, and on the second half it switches the controls around so that I went through much slower. Is this really a valid test as the site claims? I have a feeling if it were to reverse the order of races in the test it would show me as a strong automatic preference for "African Americans".. I wasn't very surprised with those results honestly. What really bothered me is the fact that a tool is on a website supposedly for "students, teachers, and others interested in the causes and consequences of prejudice.". Yeah it's been 5 years since I was in public school, but damn, indoctrinating students into feeling guilt by using pseudo tests? Seems they've really ramped up the propaganda. Apparently there are even textbooks conforming to the narrative of social justice in the USA.. http://www.understandingprejudice.org/anthol.htm

I was looking forward to having our president constantly upset SJW's. As long as he's telling the truth, that is.

There has been a video up about false guilt for a while. Now, I think it might be time for a video on false grievances. This story has over 3,000,000 views just on YouTube and has widely circulated the internet, yet the main stream doesn't pick up on it. Imagine if a white man had assaulted a black woman telling her he couldn't straiten her hair because "it wasn't natural". The entire campus would be shut down with rioting. Why the fuck don't white people care about their own race? More importantly, what the heck is wrong with these people that they think they're in the right because of "social justice"? This is blind fascism and nothing more. http://www.dailywire.com/news/4465/cultural-appropriation-black-female-accosts-white-robert-kraychik

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/04/02/trump-new-trade-deals-will-eliminate-19-trillion-us-debt-8-years/ The title speaks for itself. Obviously the trade deficit alone can't pay off the debt. What does he really mean, and what would be the ramifications of this? This is another article, bashing his claim. Calling it impossible and magical. Is he really that wrong? Or is the WP missing some crucial facts? Could growth alone account for this increase in tax revenue? https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2016/04/02/trumps-nonsensical-claim-he-can-eliminate-19-trillion-in-debt-in-eight-years/

TL;DW: - NATO is obsolete and unfair to US taxpayers, also not specific enough to terrorism 4:40 - Probably wouldn't have RT'ed the unflattering photo of Cruz's wife if he had it to do over, yet wasn't "particularly bad". 6:30 - Michelle fields lied about the severity of the assault, therefore he won't fire and destroy his campaign manager. 7:50 - Supports Japan and south Korea developing nuclear defense, but prefers to just charge them for our current protection system 10:00 - "Will be looking at who the nominee is" regarding party support. "I release Ted Cruz, he doesn't have to endorse me". 12:30 Some interesting tidbits of information, yet the comment that most intrigued me was the last one. "I will beat them. After I beat them, I'm going to be so presidential, you're going to be so bored, you're going to say 'this is the most boring human being I've ever interviewed'." "I think that if I act very presidential it will be boring, but that will be fine." Does this mean that he is knowingly acting in an "offensive" manner in order to gain media coverage? Or is he just having fun? The world may never know.

http://insider.foxnews.com/2016/03/19/sheriff-clarke-pro-immigration-anti-trump-protesters-are-conglomeration-misfits http://insider.foxnews.com/2016/03/13/judge-jeanine-donald-trump-protesters-silent-majority-will-not-be-silenced Judge Jeanie Pirro also blames anarchists for the protests in that video. Why all of the sudden propaganda against anarchist from Fox? I mean, he refers to them as totalitarians in the video right before calling them anarchists.. But still, will we ever be able to revive the word anarchist?

This video claims (NOT inclusive): "The government doing nothing causes booms and busts""The reason the great depression happened was because of Andrew Jacksons hatred for central banks, and that the government did not take absolute control of the situation" "Getting off the gold standard was a heroic move" "Food prices dropping due to excess is a sign of market weakness" "The stock market crash and the great depression were not the same thing" "Margin buying was not nearly enough stimulation to fix the economy" "Deflation is much worse than inflation" All I can say is.. Jesus christ, these kids don't stand a chance in these hell holes. It's no wonder we have such an economically illiterate populace.

a question about Lockean property
john cena replied to afterzir's topic in Libertarianism, Anarchism and Economics
You fundamentally misunderstand what a contract is. You can exit a contract at any time. It is not a forcefully binding agreement.. If the creator of the contract did not put an exit clause in, well that's his own fault. IE your cellphone company will give you a free cellphone for signing a contract, but charge you extra for breaking it early. Do you have to pay the extra? No, you can let your credit score go down. So if a woman says "yes" and then "no" after you stick it in, you can rape her forever according to your logic. -
Bottled water would be in high demand yes, but people can make it themselves so it will not be that expensive. People who can not purify their own water will probably also not have tons of money to give you for bottled water either. If you want to survive on your own with no help from society for decades.. Water, food, medicinal supplies. If you want to survive rioting and looting for a period before the market returns.. Silver, Gold, Bullets, Guns, Oil, solar panels, generators. Currency would be mere gambling since it's based upon the whims of politicians, which would be very erratic during such a time. The previous items will never lose value. (albeit solar panels degrade, keep them inside. keep your guns and bullets in a 0% humidity environment, IE pressure tight metal containers with desiccant) SEEDS. Every kind. Thousands. Agriculture books. BOOKS. EVERY BOOK ON PRACTICAL SITUATIONS YOU CAN FIND! Manuals for carpentry, welding, car repair, specific manuals for most common cars, etc. It's really limitless on the knowledge front. That's about it for -sure- value afaik.

So upon uploading a firestorm of dank anarchist propaganda to my platform, I had one picture that drew a particularly vivid response. Person: My response: Person: So am I really a racist bigot on the inside and I just don't know it? I'm not sure how to respond to this logically, or if it is even possible. I thought about responding with the following: But I'm not sure if that will prove my point either. Help me out philosophy wizards!

Mother Slaps Newborn Infant For Crying
john cena replied to corpus mentium's topic in Peaceful Parenting
Notice how she looks around after doing it to make sure nobody saw. She knows what she is doing is wrong. At that moment I would have put my fucking jack boot so far up the side of her face I would still be in prison to this day. Self defense, right? That's the power difference equivalent of someone getting kicked in the face by a horse or more.. Charge her with assault with a deadly weapon. Yeah this kind of shit is how we get fucks like kim jong il, honestly -
Well actually here in america having your wisdom teeth taken out is done routinely for that reason. No not all of them, and they don't cut all of your cock off either. Sure I could have chosen to not get my wisdom teeth removed. Sure I pondered what would have happened and how well I would have chewed if I kept them, but I listened to what the doctor said anyway. I think we need to place the blame here on the crony statist doctors.. Qualified medical professionals should not be giving out incorrect information or willing to do unnecessary procedures. What do we really miss from getting circumcised besides moldy dick cheese?

How do I respond to someone who claims that taking away their child possessions by force is not stealing, because they own the child? I mean sure I could blow that argument up directly by showing that she does not own the child, but this person is stupid and would not be able to gather much from that stumping. Conversation started in response to this: Me: If you have to steal your kids stuff away, you already messed up. Why not make them work for it in the beginning? Other: It's not really stealing if they live in your house and you bought it lol. But the answer to your question is bc there are too many spoiled brats that don't respect their parents these days! Me: Yes if you gave them possession of the item and tell them it's theirs, (IE a gift) and you forcibly take it away, that is considered theft among adults. Surely you don't have a higher moral standard for a toddler than adults, do you? Showing them that authority can arbitrarily take their things away is not healthy. The reason they don't respect their parents, is because their parents don't respect them! Children are people too, not some other entity that we must violently control. A better way is to tell them that if they don't do something, you won't do something for them in the future. IE do your chores or I don't pay your cellphone bill this month. This makes a whole lot more sense in regard for actually prepping them for society. Other: That's the problem, people treating toddlers and younger children like they are adults so therefore they think they are grown, and they aren't. And if it's THEIR child, it isn't stealing. I wish I would've told my dad he was stealing my stuff when he took phone, car, etc. Lol that would've have ended good for me. And there is nothing violent about the method she used. She even stated that she has told her over and over to keep her room cleaned, when words no longer work, you have to do something. And obviously it worked. She also said it's a teenager, not a toddler. So she deffinetly understands what's going on and I hope to God she knows better by now.

You would be surprised at the rampant Stockholm syndrome, and how students will vehemently defend even the most corrupt teachers, based on personal feelings.

https://weather.com/science/environment/news/california-cloud-seeding So apparently weather modification has become mainstream? Where are all of the people that have been called conspiracy theorists for decades? Can we get a presentation on this? Being sprayed with metals could explain a lot of public health problems..

http://www.al.com/news/birmingham/index.ssf/2016/01/former_deputies_say_winston_co.html "Two former Winston County deputies say Sheriff Hobby Walker fired them after they refused to give him marijuana form the evidence room last year. Now they're suing him for wrongful termination." "They were directed to break the law," Stover said. "Now they have to sue to protect themselves." OK Now lets take a second to review Alabama's laws regarding cannabis, for those of you who aren't under imperial drug fascism. Any amount includes the specs of dust they scrape off of your floor, residues they wipe with special detecting agents, etc. I have seen officers pick through floor mats in a car for hours here, finally turning up enough dust specs to turn the solution in color.. So when it says any amount, it means ANY amount, or ANY paraphernalia, which means anything that has ever touched cannabis and contains it's residue. YOU HEARD IT RIGHT FOLKS LIFE IN PRISON FOR GROWING A PLANT AND THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PUTTING FATHERS AND MOTHERS IN PRISON FOR GROWING A PLANT, ARE FUCKING SELLING IT EN MASSE BEHIND THE SCENES. This article is just the tip of the iceberg. Caps were necessary to express the anger toward the injustice perpetuated against so many of my nonviolent community members. Now do they come out and say, "Yeah these laws are antiquated fascism. This incident has brought this issue to light for us, and we are now abolishing the drug laws". NOPE. They don't even cover their ass, they just keep cheezing by

Listen carefully to the words, all of them. (Or read below) I'm guess pretty late on this (2012) but Stefan should totally get in contact with both of these guys and get them on the show, for obvious reasons. The reach they have is incredibly diverse.
