Thanks!, Now I dont think you can swap those 4 categories since they are not mutually exclusive, meaning that you could have culture (food, music, etiquette), race, values and virtues coexisting inside the same nation. Also nationalism does not violate the NAP, it is people voting who they want their neighbors to be. Imagine a seasteading community, at first they will take in whoever believes in the NAP, but over time the asians will gravitate towards the asians and the whites towards the whites.

Yes, A nation is a group of people of the same race and culture. I see nationalism as a big gated community, where you enter into a contract and abide by the rules, or face ostracism and be cast out. It is also like a University in that they are selective of who they let in. White nationalists, want a nation for white majority population but not exclusively white.

The arc of the moral universe is long but it bends towards justice. Microaggressions and Safe Spaces are just a sign of how peaceful the world has become. Not only is it super rare to have a violent death (most of us in the west will die of; cancer, heart attack, or car accident) but now enforcement (in the form of getting kicked out of school) against hurting people's feelings is starting to be incorporated. It's brilliant.

Don't sweat it, if they are not willing to listen to arguments move on. I am a huge fan of the 'dipping your toe in the water before going in' approach. Before arguing controversial topics I try to start off being extremely gentle, If their eyes don't sparkle couple of times I pull out, that way I never end up feeling like crap. My energy is limited and I have to spend it wisely.

Thanks for your observation, I certainly didn't think of that when I saw this image. Yes, most of the buildings are for religious use, or are castles to house living/dead kings. Which means a King or a Priest commissioned their construction. What stood out to me when I first saw this image was the difference in impressiveness of man made structures outside of Africa. Perhaps there may have been more impressive structures in Africa than the 1 storey mud huts shown.

I say that sentence to remember all the work that lies ahead, to reach the goal of the reasonable and voluntary society of Ancapistan. Atheism is a prerequisite in order to have a reasonable society. Yet most atheists are statists who don't recognize the power of voluntarism. I can see the US currently is becoming less religious but that alone is no reason to celebrate. Because Atheism is necessary but not sufficient.
