In Gaming Groups (particularly PC Gaming Groups) your aptly named "Douchebags" are usually dealt with quickly, harshly, and usually under a 3 strike system (3rd strike results in permanent expulsion) the "Kids" mentioned in other posts are primarily on consoles and similarly to the swatting problem have mental/personality issues where they somehow get the idea that it is fun to cause problems for other people (sometimes referred to as "Trolling") also these same types also are most often the ones using cheats of one form or another that essentially play the game for them. in most cases that I have seen where a female gamer was being attacked, everyone else (regardless of team/side) would go open season on the idiot doing it.

US Police have gone from This: To This: ask yourself "Why?" and no the wide spread of video recoding devices is not it, it is barely has anything to do with it and no it is not a racial issue, they are doing it to everyone regardless of Nationality/Skin Pigment. Well Put. And I Agree Completely that the Binary gender system is not only Primitive, but about as asinine as saying you know their are X number of Millions of color variations visible to the human eye, but you will only allow Black & White to Exist.
