RichardY Greetings. I do not read scriptures literally. In allegorical terms, Cane is earth bound while Abel and his sheep represent our spiritual side. Is this story not interpreted by Gnostic Christians as saying that the evil side has killed our spiritual side and that is why we see Christianity and Yahweh as an evil demiurge? Regards DL
