The Arrogance of the Anti-Empirical Libertarian
Wuzzums replied to Three's topic in General Messages
He was saying the nihilists consider Stefan the fool. It's a hell of a long sentence broken by another sentence inbetween. Just read the underlined part and you'll get the message. Now do you get it?- 52 replies

The Arrogance of the Anti-Empirical Libertarian
Wuzzums replied to Three's topic in General Messages
Well it is interesting to note that the countries which gave us the enlightenment are the same countries which are easily taken over by islam now. I'm from Romania and I'm not really worried about islam taking over here. While France, England and Germany were going through the renaissance Romania was busy with pushing back the muslim horde from off its lands. Seeing how it's a country which hails a guy that used to plant entire forests with impaled muslims as a hero, I doubt the whole "islamophobia" thing will take any roots here. The west strikes me as an alpha wolf that's been out of the fight for far too long. It's been well fed and well cared for to the point that its muscles have gotten weak and its fangs dull. It's still the same wolf, the question is has it also forgotten how to fight yet? I don't look at the current situation in Europe and think islam is taking over. I look at it and think that a lot o muslims will have to suffer an untimely demise if we don't do something to change things back to how they used to be.- 52 replies

The Arrogance of the Anti-Empirical Libertarian

Yes I do. Trump is the greatest businessman to have ever lived and probably ever live. The man has more than 500 businesses and only 8 bankruptcies (that's almost a 99% success rate). You might not know this but business is a reputation game, and you don't get such a reputation by going back on your promises. A lot of high stakes deals are/were done only on a handshake. However, I am curious how are you affecting the future in a positive way? What are you actively doing to bring about our anarcho-capitalist society?- 52 replies

The question was directed at me/us. I am not going to explain someone else's views on something when there are are countless of short videos out there of the man himself explaining his stance. He does not have to listen to hundreds of hours of Stefan in order to understand why he's backing trump. Dare I say you... poisoned the well a lil' bit there? Chris Rock said it best. I'm paraphrasing: If your car has broken down in the middle of the road and you're standing by its side asking people for help no one will ever stop to help you. If your car has broken down and you're out there pushing it, people will come over to help without you even asking for any help. So can you see why I was hostile to him when he showed no curiosity yet asked for help?

Uhm he wasn't calling Stefan a fool, you misread the sentence. I disagree completely. You're not factoring in the West's influence on the whole world. The cultures you deem more apt to survive wouldn't have made it this far had it not been for the west. Science, technology, medicine, movies, the internet, social media, etc. These are all things which islam takes from the west in order to survive. It takes The West just a press of a button to remove islam off the face of the planet FOREVER. Never forget that. Like where? Japan? A country who still fought with sticks only a century ago only to become one of the world's greatest economies by simply applying the west's capitalism model. South Korea? Basically a US state, the only thing separating it from the west is geography. China? A living testament to what even a little capitalism can achieve in such a short amount of time. From how I see it the only places worth living are places that are slowly turning into the west.- 52 replies

CNN cuts off interview-e after mentioning Wikileaks. The host doesn't even attempt to hide it, his "reaction" is great though. Guy just became a living meme. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRnx7MmvknM But anyway. Time to get HYPED: https://www.facebook.com/1688947438047879/videos/1799999250276030 Live feed of the debate:

Stefan was always, and still is, about giving you the responsibility of choice. Basically action has consequences and you have more power over your life than you think. The childhood approach was excellent in determining the callers true reasons for otherwise irrational behavior. The callers and we understood why they did what they did, thus achieving self-knowledge, thus getting more control over their lives, etc. In today's degenerate culture where the more of a victim you claim you are the more privilege you get, I can see how the childhood approach is just fuel for the fire for people who actively seek out victim-cred. I don't know when Stefan decided to stop going that route but to me it does seem he has successfully avoided what might have been a disaster (or a massive waste of time at the very least).

He's kinda late to the party. There was some hype about this years back. Personally I think it's a great idea for making a successful movie, people care more about nostalgia than the environment. The power... is YOURS !

Let's play a game called Count The Non-Arguments/Fallacies

Ugliest lesbian ever. -
The new e-mail batch is out. I clocked randomly and found this gem: https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/11136 I can't stop laughing, ahaha. "But her inability to just do a national interview and communicate genuine feelings of remorse and regret is now, I fear, becoming a character problem (more so than honesty)."

Game gets you laid not married. I think you covered this in the post. 23? Don't you think you're way too specific?I I narrowed it down to just 3: 1) Intellectually stimulating 2) Loyal/commited 3) Makes my dick hard The rest will come through personal growth together I believe. If you want her to be fit just go to the gym together. If you like blondes and she's a brunette just get some hair dye. It's all manageable.

For women I would say an unwillingness to mix their private life with their professional life is a clear indication of quality. It's a pattern I've noticed in a lot of married/engaged women I've known. They are friendly, easy and pleasant to talk to but there's this feeling I get of being an outsider, you know. Kinda like you see two very old friends interacting and don't understand what on earth they're talking about. They share a certain bit of history together that makes their reactions difficult to comprehend, and they're not willing to share that "something" with just anyone. It's a mark of them valuing privacy, I think, and implicitly loyalty. Or maybe it's a sign of their ability to make deep connections with people. I've known people that just start spewing really personal info from the getgo to everyone they meet. You might make the mistake of thinking they're trying to form a connection with you in a very blunt manner but when you reciprocate with your own personal info they're equally as giving with it as they are with theirs. Don't get me wrong, it can be the most innocent type of personal information or the most damning, certain people have no filter with what they should or should not share with strangers. I don't think it's malice, I think they just don't understand there's a deeper connection you can form with a person other than knowing what bands they like or what movies they enjoy.

Dan Pena is a success coach like no other. A 7 days seminar at his castle in Scotland costs about 20 000$ to attend and if you survive it you'll get a 1 year free mentorship by him. Unlike other life coaches out there, his basic approach is he's gonna make you successful whether you like it or not. He does not pull any punches, to him you're either a success or a loser (though he never uses the word, he prefers the word "cunt"). All his stuff is available for free. To get a taste of his way to do things check out his 1 key advice to guarantee success: I think he's great. He's funny, passionate, honest, and inspirational. Gimme a fucking break. You made it more than clear in other interactions with me you had no interest in what I had to say. You keep claiming nobody here rebutted your arguments yet in the post I did so you replied with a 'tl;dr", or how you call it a "poisoning the well". I never asked for your curiosity or empathy, you did. I pointed out your hypocrisy. All your posts are marred in compliments to yourself and insults for others. From this single reply I concluded that: - I poison wells - I spew falsehoods - you're far more knowledgeable about my thinking than me - I deflect - you show curiosity in every first interaction you have - I'm too stupid to understand how property works so thankfully I have a generous guru to enlighten me - you are rational in your behavior therefore anyone not repeating said behavior is irrational - I am irrational and undeserving of curiosity - you are healthier than me - I am manipulative - I shame others - I pull others down in order to raise myself up - I have a 1st grader mentality - I was traumatized as a child Dsayers, I have made up my mind about you.
-
I wanted you to know that I downvoted you not because I disagree but because I accidentally pressed the wrong arrow and I can't take it back.
-
I explain to you how I feel whenever I'm interacting with you and your retort by saying how I lack curiosity and engagement.
-
True. You are counting dsayers among them, right? I'm ok with this. This has absolutely zero effect on me. Just so you know, dsayers created this thread right after he had a series of negative interactions with a couple of members on this forum which disagreed with his stance on several issues. Now you see why several of us took his request for "more connections" not as an invitation but as a veiled insult?
-
I agree 100% with everything you had to say and I hope I'm not being offensive in any way shape or form for asking you this but... what is your preferred gender pronoun?
-
From an outsider perspective, RoseCodex wrote 2 sentences and you replied with a whole book chapter of your autobiography. I am very amused by this.
-
Literally Hitler.

I do recognize because it was intentional. I was passed the point of trying to have a conversation and resorted to pettiness, the only thing that you seem to respond to.

It is quintessential to also point out the quality of life aspect. Much of our free time is spent on books, video games, movies, tv shows, music, and so on. Everything that I love, intellectually and physically, have originated from the US. How's the swiss' movie industry going? How about it's gaming industry? Entertainment industry? Let's talk about the medical industry for a moment. The US has done more to help out the medical field than any other country out there. Most studies that are quoted in medical textbooks are american in origin. Imagine how many lives are saved because hospitals don't have to put a lot of time, money and resources into figuring out themselves whether a drug or treatment works or not. How about the smartphone industry? You think a taiwanese entrepreneur could have created a brand like HTC had Steve Jobs not created (literally created) the smartphone market beforehand? And if it did not originate in the US then the US helped launch it by promoting it and making it available to the masses, like most international sports out there. Nuclear weapons have brought more peace to this world than any other invention out there and, again, who were the first to make one? If nothing else the US shows the entire world that it can be done which gives a momentum to all of us to better our own lives. You know what I really find amazing? Being able to create a whole world on your own personal computer and not having to milk the cow twice a day... and I know who I should thank for that.
-
You're too predictable. Someone disagrees with you and you immediately start with the insults, accusing them of the exact same behavior you're exhibiting. All I know is that I tried having an honest conversation with you, as honestly as I could, and all I got in return is obfuscation to put it mildly. Thanks for proving my point.
-
You know what's funny? You and dsayers are probably the only ones on this forum people can't have a conversation with. I'm not sure yet if it's purposeful or myopic.
