  1. If people destroy the value of their land, they lose the ability to support themselves. if the government does it, it just taxes someone else. Government doesn’t care. Government officials grant land to be destroyed by their highest campaign contributers. Since neither own the land, the destruction of the land value is not borne by either party, both leave to destroy again.
  2. I can place a heavy object on an unstable support without knowing which way it would fall or even if it will fall. That imperfection of knowledge doesn’t free me from responsibility. the AI is that inanimate overbalanced arrangement. All the power we give it, no responsibility for its failure when it fails.
  3. Man expanded his capacity, but he didn't do it by overcoming his nature. He expanded his capacity by failing to overcome his nature, so he lost truth, peace and prosperity.
  4. I never said the programmers set up the result. But they do create the result when they make the AI.
  5. The cash me ousside girl wasn't natural, raising a daughter without a father, in a community without fathers and doing an especially bad job at mothering was the start of who this girl was. Not to say children don't have free will, but she was clearly a product of more than her own imagination. She probably lived in a Black community and got an inordinate amount crap from her likely racist peers...
  6. I think that dating younger was referring to young adults pairing off at a younger age and marrying. They could be identical ages, ex. 18 Please let me know if I got this right guys.
  7. I think you have to understand the abject poverty people lived under so few years ago. We really can't.
  8. A lot of women says nothing about percentages.
  9. Then don't read it. While Christians and Jews do see this very differently and the christians do call it a Fall I would not say that many Jews consider it an elevation
  10. From an evolutionary point of view probably. I'm guessing you went through all sorts of educational interventions throughout your young adult life. You aren't a natural human by any stretch of the imagination.
  11. We would all make the same decision Adam made. We are the same humans
  12. Yes, and they never will, based on the technology we are using. just because the programmers don't know what the heck they are doing, doesn't mean they arent setting up every decisions result.
  13. Eugenics never meant individuals self selecting. Eugenics was always about others deciding, usually without sufficient info, who can have kids and who shouldn't.
  14. The only country to use Nukes was the US. And we were rocked ribbed back then, even our socialists weren't pussies, and we still had to be pushed into it. France were cucks the day WWI ended. Most of U.K. back then really wasn't much better. Germany joined the day WWII ended. Japan too. Thomas Sowell said today, he would not bet that we as a people could push the button, even if we were attacked. He surmises were would be more likely to surrender. I'm not betting against Sowell.
  15. Yo, half the population is triple digit IQ
  16. Don't allow yourself to be drafted. volunteer or leave. I don't know what your future holds if you volunteer. Injury and death is unlikely, but possible. Of course injury and death is probably even more likely if you don't join the army, traffic fatalities are pretty high in Israel. The reality is if you serve, you will be buff, have girls and spend the rest of your life respected. If you don't... reality is, there is no Libertarian Utopia to flee to. US is a bigger economy, but things ain't so hot here. Most of Europe is sliding down the latrine. And the rest of the world is in worse condition. It is your choice. Make your decision and live with the consequences.
  17. Post scarcity is a myth, kinda like socialism. Hunting rabbits, chewing grasses and sleeping rough is an option. An option very few take, but still a possible option. A few men do that in the UK, and a few Vietnam vets in the Northwest.
  18. Printing fiat currency is fraud only the government is legally permitted to enact that fraud, even tho it is immoral that they do so.
  19. Man only has to produce if he wants to consume. and while I never expect a "return to Eden", the Left seems to desire a future where men no longer work and consumption is untied from the requirement to produce.
  20. Adopting a family member hardly counts. Not that it isn't virtuous, it is, but we used to live in extended families and mutually aided each other in the parenting dept. Look, you can leave the 5 yr old in an orphanage because you don't think you will have an impact, but for that kid you will. Criminality is far from guaranteed, even IF the experienced trauma means he will operate at -10% IQ from his natural ability, that is still a far cry from a complete failure. You can adopt a child before your first biological child is born and develop skills as a parent. Practice...
  21. Of course marriage isn't for everyone. Tho it should be for everyone who wants to have kids. To improve your marketability: exercise, it will improve your posture, energy, happiness and make you a calmer nicer person to be around. This will not only make you happier, but also make your body more attractive, and hopefully soon, easier childbirth. If you go running in public, try to do so with a friend, if you can't find a friend, use only public, open areas with lots of people. Smile, practice smiling, it will make you happier. Smile at people you know, smile at strangers in safe neighborhoods/venues. Find a bunch of good women to be friends. Consider the Omega male. We all know who the Alpha male is, and the beta male is not desireable. The Omega male isn't as flashy as the Alpha, but he is intelligent, productive and can be a good father and husband. He may be an introvert, have fewer friends, but those friends are close friends, and he is less likely to cheat.
  22. I meet the great grandchildren of a polygamous couple, the ggkids told me that the other half of the family were illegitimate, tho that wasn't the case. Children of different mothers seem to compete in a way children of the same mother do not. This was also historically true. And that may often pale in comparison to the animosity the wives feel for each other and the disruption they cause in the home. Also historically true. In Russia, after WWII, they should have been polygamous, as almost half the male population was destroyed and polygamy would have been less dangerous than leaving 1/2 the female population unmarried. But admittedly we don't have, within our culture, the way to live in such a relationship. Even if an individual believes he has the ability and two agreeable women who are willing to try, even if they do nothing wrong, the children will still be singled out as different, if not pariahs and that is the last thing you want your children to need to overcome.
  23. Can't really disagree with anyone here, but I would rather not speculate. no one with money leaves it in cash, so comparing bitcoin to fiat currency is moot. investments make the most sense. Real Estate has the joint ability to create a profit and increase in value. But some neighborhoods turn bad, residential and commercial property do go down sometimes, so I prefer farmland. Note: farmland has continually increased in value and never really gone down (but that is no promise to future) and it should be insured, especially if you have lots of your assets in "one basket". stocks make sense too, diversified, but don't put in money you may have to take out quickly, you don't know when individual stocks will be low, or when the general market will be low. Gold has never been worth nothing, but it still is relatively volatile. Silver historically has been less volatile than gold despite the recent event mentioned above. No promise against the future, but it is relatively stable way to hold liquidity and provide money you need at any time. Primary residence is usually a good purchase. Other investments like a local business are okay too, but don't hold too much there. Bonds are okay, but they may not match inflation (or even pay out at the end, but they usually do).
